These people only know one way to do things, the right way. From the front desk to Manny my service representative, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The work was exceptional and as someone who use to service bodyshops,I know good work. Paint was flawless. Hope I never need body work again but if I do I'll go to Classic Collision

Christian has done an excellent job repairing my 2020 Toyota Camry today; the follow up communication was excellent as my Vehicle was picked up and here at my Home today. His care and detailed processing information was well received as my Vehicle looks great and drives perfect. Thank God for Christian and his team for their amazing job repairing my Vehicle as promised.

After a decade of writing estimates for a claims adjustment company, you come to know the local shops that appear to be more popular. Shamrock, the previous business, was beloved by all of St. Cloud. I brought my mom's car there two years ago for an estimate on the spot and there was no issue to get it done and walk out with an estimate on hand. I have also referred so many clients as well. Today, I brought my own car for an estimate and should have never stated that Geico, the other party was paying out for the claim. I was unfortunately handed off to a gruff, rude gentleman named Andy. He insisted that he should not estimate the car due to Geico having to do their own estimate first. I explained, when he did let me speak, that this was not a collision claim and it was already an accepted claim. I told him what Geico had been calling for a month an half for was an estimate from a shop of my choice as they need to ensure that the damages do not total over $25,000 as this is part of a house fire claim. He kept arguing with me asking for the adjuster number and name to let them know they were "not doing their job". He made it very difficult to speak as he was beyond condescending. I even told him that the other car involved already did as instructed without geico coming out and he said he must have taken it to an approved dealer. Needless to say I walked out and he ensured to crush my paper as he could as he told me good bye. I will never refer another customer nor return with any of my cars here. A little customer service goes a long way. No one cares you have been in claims for 20 years. Let's be real pretty soon technology will be able to do claims and without a better attitude it's going to be a struggle to care about your 20 years in the industry.

I would like to Thank Classic Collision for such an amazing job with my car! The staff is Super Nice and very welcoming. I'm very grateful for you guys. I most definitely recommend getting your car fixed with them if needed. Such wonderful people. Good vibes from the whole crew.

Save yourself from frustrations. Avoid this Classic collision center at all cost. They have poor customer service, poor communication. They always say we will call you for update but they never do. It took us 7 weeks to get our car back even if it just a rear bumper and tailgate repair. We understand that emergency happens but somebody should have taken over our repair. For nearly 2 weeks our car sat in the lot with nothing done. We also had an issue with the rear suspension and this repair center have to bring it to another shop for opinion because they don’t have trained mechanic to even diagnose it. Due to this.. the insurance denied that the suspension damage was part of the accident because no mechanic was able to explain it to the insurance adjuster. we are not denying that some of the delay was due to insurance issues. But again a lot of the delay could have been prevented if classic collision did their part. We don’t write reviews.. but this really affected our livelihood and brought us lots of headache. Absolutely horrible customer service! I took my truck in there to get an estimate for a VERY small job that should've taken about 3 hours plus paint. This was last Wednesday. The guy told me he could get it done Monday and it would be ready by Monday night, or Tuesday mid day the latest. I had plans to go out pif town Thursday (today) so his time line worked perfectly for me, and it would require minimal time off of work. Monday afternoon I called for an update and was transferred to a full voicemail box. Tuesday I called and again was transferred to the full voicemail, then we got a hold of someone who said they ordered the wrong part, so now it would be ready Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Tuesday afternoon I called for an update and was told the guy was on "lunch" and he would call back. He never did! I tried again 2 hours later (30 minutes before they close) and was again told this guy was on lunch. Wednesday morning I called and was guaranteed, twice that it would be ready by 4:30 that day, so Wednesday at 3:30 I call to confirm and surprise surprise the guy was on lunch. I call again and he says the paint shop "forgot" to do my truck that morning, so now we're looking at Thursday mid day. I was scheduled for o go out of town today so that didn't work! I told him I really need the truck back that day. He said he could give it back but it won't be fixed! After 3+ days! Today I FINALLY get it back and now the back up camera doesn't work because they left it unhooked. Rather than wasting any more time with this place I fixed it.I will never make the mistake again of taking a vehicle to Classic Collision. Definitely need a major customer service face lift!

My truck had to be sent here after an accident. Wish I had picked somewhere else. They replaced my door and never put on the weather stripping. They also left trash (tape, cups, sanding pads) in my cab and the bed of my truck. Unfortunately quite a bit of the trash blew out of the bed on the road before I noticed.Had to hound them for a week and was told "the manager will get back to you" yet he never did.Finally got the weather strip put on but now the door doesn't close right.

Only shops i trust with my car are Shamrock autbody (classic collision in St. cloud) and marks automotive right next door. Engine work, goes to mark, externals goes to shamrock.Always gonna get good work from Mike. He's been in the business forever and he only let's the best leave his shop. No exceptions.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for this shop in St Cloud, FL. I would not recommend the shop, because the work took far too long to complete, with several setbacks due to failure to properly assess damages and to properly perform the work. I had my car at this shop twice for repairs, and both times they tried returning the car to me with obvious flaws in the body work, paint and mechanics of the repair. They did correct most of the issues, eventually. The first time they repaired my car, they returned it to me with major flaws in the body work and paint. I had to bring it back, They did repair the work, but there was still a scratch in the hood, which they painted and somehow scratched, after painting it; it was minor so I let it go; I The second time, I had to bring the car back the day after they returned it to me, because the paint was flawed, bubbly and not well blended; a sensor warning light was malfunctioning and the car was pulling to the right; they fixed the sensor and did a nice job on the paint and blending, but the car still pulls to the right. I've decided to take it somewhere else to have it checked, probably the Infiniti dealer. On top of it all, it not only took 3 months to complete the repairs to an acceptable level, but they also lost a set of keys I had left in the car, and the manager there refused to reimburse me for new house locks and mailbox key! Never again; I tried this shop twice for two separate repairs and both times it took far too long to repair my car (around 3 months both times) and the initial repairs were inferior; the car had to be brought back both times, and they will not be responsible if they lose, damage or steal your personal belongings, if you mistakenly leave something in the car. There are better shops to repair your car; check your car dealership and if they don't have a shop, ask them for a shop referral. And always TAKE EVERYTHING OUT of your car, regardless where you take it. Most, if not all shops, have you sign a waiver, so they are not responsible for losing, damaging or stealing your personal property! For some reason, this review indicates I am from San Francisco, CA. I am not from there, but from Kissimmee, FL.

Poor communication between the shop and the customers. No one calls you for updates, you need to be behind them to get the updates and tell you when your car is done. My SUV was stuck more than 2 weeks just to fix the back glass and the wipers motor.

Wife was rear-ended and was sent here for repairs. Have to say, repairs were amazing and can't even tell there was damage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality repair work.

Had bumper damage to my BMW after someone hit me while waiting on a red light , state farm set up to fix my car but told me to find a place that I would want to do business with from their list , and because this place was close to my home and with great reviews I choose it . Shamrock provided me one of the best customer service I have ever gotten, they keept me updated daily on what was going on with my vehicle with very details , I received texts, emails and calls about what was going on , they assign me a person to my vehicle and Carla Walker is awesome, she knows the business and does it well . The office itself where you interact with the managers is clean and professional it almost fell you are in a vehicle Doctors office. They worked directly with state farm and I did absolutely nothing. Hope I won't need their services again but if I do without a doubt I will reach out to them again.
