If there was a 6 star customer service rating, this staff would get it. Exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with my painting projects. Very professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else for paint.

Excellent place to go and have the right color of the paint that you need!!! ???? I went to another place (major retail store) before and after a couple of times with different paints and I did not have the right match .. I decided to go here and have them help me and find the right color!! And the nail it!!! The color was exactly the same and the one that I need!!Please do not waste your time going to another place!! Go here and save time and money!!!Thank you guys!!! ??????

My first time going in the store. And pleasantly surprised about what a great experience it was. Places like this you think of as doing 99% of their business to contractors and not your typical hairy the homeowner. So I was very pleased with the attention and customer service that I received in walking through the door not being a contractor. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Not only has he been there for over 15 years but you can tell he still loves his job. He truly made it a very good experience and will definitely be back to that store! I was also extremely surprised to find out that Justin was not a manager of some sort. Just the knowledge alone that he had I would’ve thought he would’ve been a manager… And then not to mention the 15 years that he’s had with the company. !!!

Justin is incredible! Amazing service, I’m a novice painter and Justin has gone above and BEYOND in helping my wife and I. Truly appreciate him and everyone at sherwin williams. The best service and best quality paint in saint cloud hands down!

The staff at the Saint Cloud Store is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, helpful, kind and courteous staff. Offer great recommendations, and very knowledgeable. They are the reason we continue to use this location. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything you do.

Just finished painting my home with Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. This paint is great, the staff, especially Justin, who helped me out were top notch. Would definitely recommend.

I have been a loyal customer and fan of Sherwin Williams in St.cloud, fl. JEREMY AND TYLER have been nothing but hardworking, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.With the Covid going on and people who don't want to work its been nice to know when I go into Sherwin and Williams a familiar friendly face is there to greet me.
