My stylist Michelle was and is also very good and professional ?
The manager on the other hand was rude disrespectful and charged me for a specialty cut when it was just a cut. No wash no dry nothing special about it. She was upset that I asked for Michelle instead of going with her and the attitude came through. She is not management material!!!!!
