Dont ever overthink staying with T-MOBILE. I left to go to another phone company and after a year i returned. Their service is exceptional. I did the initial confirmation on the phone but because of a small hiccup i had to go to a TMOBILE store. This is where i met SELI, she was exceptional! She approached us with a great attitude and went lengths to make sure we left satisfied. She is very easy to work with and what made her even more outstanding was her willingness. If you do go here, make sure you seek her out!

Went in for a sim card because they forgot to send one with my online order. Service was great however they offered me a free line and assured me I wouldn't have charges from it I said no but they kept pushing saying I wouldn't be charged extra on my bill and said I could use it in the future. I said okay as long as there are no additional charges . Well here we are 80 dollars later iand its not free. They even charged me activation I already paid for online and had proof of for the phone I came in for

Completely satisfied with the service I received. Thanks to Seli, I could make my Christmas more memorable. She helped me and guided me through the whole process. Dissatisfied was given an offer in order to change my old cellphone stated that as long as it would stay in the range that I was paying which it was promised then I would take it. Changed my wife’s phone as it had some kind of problem they could not fix and suddenly they add up 5 additional lines and three protectors which I hadn’t bought. The monthly fees went up considerably and I’ve had to either go to the store or call service center every month and the only thing they do is give a credit to shut you up. Every month is the same thing and the bill keeps on going up. Would change company it’d it wasn’t for the balance owed on the phones.Update: your suggestions were taken under consideration but no help at all, even customer service don’t know what they are doing and justify it as the company constantly changing offers and at the end the customer is the one paying not fair.
