Me and my partner LOVE this place. Every animal in my house goes here and every animal we get in the future will hopefully come here as well. They’re always so nice and welcoming, and the prices are very agreeable. I always feel better leaving this place than i did at any other vet we’ve tried. The reviews regarding the more exotic pets worried me at first, but we brought my rats here and they did amazing with them. I fully trust this place.

We started bringing our dog here around March of this year. She is a blue nose pit and just turned 3 in September. Most people are scared of Pitbulls or already have an opinion about them. She was having issues with allergies, which I have now learned in her breed is common. Went In for the visit, and yes there was a wait, but everyone was so friendly. Our Cali girl doesn't get out much, as she does not like car rides. She barks and growls, but is the biggest baby. She is just letting people know she is there. I joked with the staff the 1st visit, that they were doing rock paper scissors to see how was going to take the mean dog. LOL Needless to say, she went back and loved everyone. They diagnosed her and gave meds. Suggest only giving her salmon dog food, and suggest some other things. Once we got her staph infection cleared, they advised of the allergy shot to give her. I liked that they told me it is a waste to do an allergy test, and I have learned it is. They saved me money. Needless to say, they answer questions and offer advice. There is one lady there In particular that knows Cali, and Cali knows her. I keep forgetting her name. If you are reading this, i am sorry lol CALI loves her, but now on her 3rd or 4th visit, she knows what it means to go there and gets scared. Today, the lady was very calming to Cali being scared and reassured her it will be OK. She is strong and doesn't show any fear at all when handling our baby, and she acknowledges my daughter too. Overall the visit today and our previous once have been 5 stars and above.
Today we met the new Vet Dr Baraka and I was very impressed. He was super nice and friendly. What impressed me most, he made sure to include my 7 Year old daughter in the conversation. When a doctor or Vet just speaks directly to the adult and doesn't acknowledge the child, to me it is off putting. Thank you for that Doc. Oh and when Cali is all done, ready to leave...she has to peek in every office saying bye to the staff.
We absolutely LOVE this office and every one here. I hope to meet everyone individually one day, and build a lasting relationship as our preferred Vet office. Keep up the amazing work and Keep Dr. Baraka around

Top notch! ? Took my rabbit here for a neutering and basic care the staff is incredibly kind, prompt and knowledgeable. Not to mention personable they make you feel very reassured. They took such great care of my rabbit made sure he was comfortable and tended to with the proper care for him as an exotic I could not be more impressed or satisfied. It's hard to find care for animals like rabbits outside of Orlando and the extensive travel would have surely made my pets experience worse. To have a vet clinic 5 minutes from home that's incredible and pretty fairly priced for an "exotic" as a rabbit is is such a blessing. Thank you St Cloud vet staff for treating Rascal like he was one of your own!!! He's recovering great from him procedure all thanks to the dedicated care

This vet killed my hedgehog. The Orlando center for exotic animals was booked for 2 weeks out and said no to taking him as an emergency visit, but this vet in st cloud said yes. Of course they charged me an extra fee, they admitted they did not know how to perform a test on my hedgehog and that they had to use a cat device that ended up giving him another set of problems that killed him.
I took him for another checkup once I saw the new symptoms, at the time I was not aware that them using a cat device gave him an infestation that he could not fight off. They still charged me for the extra visits even knowing it was their fault my dear pet got worse. I hope this does not happen to anyone, I spent more than $1000 and lost my dear pet to their negligence and lack of knowledge on how to handle a hedgehog. If they were not sure how to treat him they should've said something but they happily charged me.

This vet office is over priced and they don’t keep good records. I called for my records from two months ago and was out on hold forgotten about them a new lady picks up as if I just called. Then when I asked for my records she told me they need to put the information in still then she can send it. I don’t understand how that data will even be accurate anymore considering the appointment was not recent.

Been bringing both our dogs here and sometimes we have knowledgeable staff who give explanations. But many times we’ve mentioned issues and don’t get proactive approaches. I do appreciate the follow up calls and friendly staff. But what really makes me upset is the fricken waits. Don’t tell me an appointment time and have me still waiting in the waiting room 45 minutes after that time. It’s not even busy. And it’s not just a one off time. Every time we come here we are told an appointment time and aren’t seen for sometimes up to an hour by the vet. I scheduled an appointment to work with my schedule. I have other things to do, we work and it’s very unaccommodating and unprofessional to not see your patients in a timely fashion without so much as an apology or excuse.

Terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be taken to the exam room. After 40 minutes of not being seen by anyone and waiting in the exam room I ended up leaving. Was told if we schedule an appointment during the morning, we would be seen sooner. Decided to give them another shot, had an appointment scheduled for
10:00 AM. Arrived earlier and took my dog around the premises so he could use the restroom and wouldn't disturb other patients in the lobby. Was told by the receptionist we were ready to be seen so we headed inside. After heading inside we ended up waiting another 45 minutes, did not make much sense as we were told they were ready. Sure veterinary offices can get busy however if you're late to your appointment there are repercussions but they can waste your time as much as they'd like to without a heads up. Don't try going to this vet it you have anything else planned for your day. Not punctual, not respectful of your time and not going back to this veterinary office again. I heard good things about this place, it's unfortunate l've had a bad experience just about every time l've gone.
Good luck

If I could give less than a star I would. I’ll be brief, dropped my dog off for routine spay procedure picked her up later that day drove 8 mins home and there was a pool of blood on my back floor board. Called and they were closed, took her to the emergency vet they recommended doctor said she was bleeding internally due to a stitch not being tightened. 3k to save my dog. Went back next morning they refunded me for the spay 450.00 and agreed to let me board my dog for free for the rest of the year instead of refunding me. Now after 4 weekends they are going back on their word and trying to charge me for boarding. Why on earth would I agree to 400.00 worth of boarding for a surgery that cost me 3k. The vet here is 84 years old and has no business with people’s beloved pets in his hands. Stay far far away.

Zero empathy. Inquired about end of life about our furbaby, our family member. Very cold and clinical response, very impersonal. Very disappointed as we have lived in area for over 30 years and are past clients of dr andrix. This facility is no longer a passionate place for help, these animals are not just "pets", they are members of our family.
