I didn't come back, they damaged my fingers and it was very expensive for the poor service they provide.

I’ve visited this salon three times, and unfortunately, the experience got worse each time. The first visit was great—the atmosphere felt upscale and welcoming, and I left impressed.
The second time, I came for my birthday. The nails were okay—not terrible, but definitely not worth the nearly $100 I spent for a manicure and pedicure. It felt like they took advantage of the occasion. I still tipped, but I left feeling like the service didn’t match the price.
The third visit was the worst. I asked if they have around $30 pedicures, if they do, and a male staff member responded to my question but then loudly told me, ‘don’t be mad,’ in front of everyone—which felt condescending and actually made me mad. He thought I didn’t like his response, but I was just taken aback by how he said it. I was upset that he put my business out there in front of other customers.
To make matters worse, the woman doing my pedicure was very aggressive with my legs and seemed annoyed and rushed. It honestly felt like they sent her to punish me for asking about the pricing. The whole experience was unpleasant.
Overall, this place is hit or miss. If you’re okay with average nails in a nice-looking space and don’t mind potentially uncomfortable service, it might be fine for you. But based on how I was treated, I won’t be going back.

From the moment you walk in, Leni and the team at VIP Nails greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home. I was referred to Henry by another client, and I’ve been going to him for almost a year now. He’s amazing — he knows exactly what I like and always encourages me to try something new that turns out beautiful. I get compliments every single time!
I also bring my mom for her pedicures with Linda, and she absolutely loves it. My mom has a bit of dementia, so when she says she’s ready, I move quickly to get her in — and Linda is always so patient and kind with her. The whole staff supports her and makes her feel special, and that means the world to me.
To top it all off, I always grab a drink next door at Hanava Boba Tea, which is owned by them as well. It’s the perfect treat — whether before, during, or after your appointment.
This is truly a warm, family-owned business that cares. Highly recommend!

They have been the best nail salon in the Orlando area so far that me and my wife tried. They treat you and respect you. Every employee take care of customers. Kathy is our favorite.

Not one to write reviews but needless to say that my experience here was a 0-10
Walked in for 2 pedicure and manicure and could see that the employees where taking trash on who was going to do my husbands nails, it doesn’t take a scientist to know when they are taking shi***
Kept asking for price menu for both pedicure and manicure and keep getting flyer with no price
The lady that did my husbands nails did one side but not the other.
Asked the owner for gel and got Dip which later they said was gel, again doesn’t take a lot to know the difference.
Customer service was horrible and treatment even worse definitely better places around

This was my go to nail salon. The owner is nice, as is most of the staff. They are pushy about up selling, but I have always overlooked that. The last time I went there the experience was so bad I will never be back. I wanted to write a letter to the owner and take it to him instead of doing a bad review. However, as I looked back on my experience I realized that many of the other staff had to have been aware of what was happening and didn't intervene. I don't want anyone else to have any part of my experience. The nail tech took too much skin off the bottom of my feet, left bruises on my calves, and talked about me in a language I didn't understand. Yes, I am sure I was being talked about. I left embarrassed and in pain. The bottom of my feet hurt for days. I went somewhere else for my next pedicure. I found out my nails had been over filed and cut in a way that would cause ingrown nails. I seriously don't want to go near this salon again.

I am a frequent customer at VIP Nails and have recommended this place in the past but today my experience was completely different. I invited my mom and sister for a pedicure and manicure and was not given proper service. I felt so embarrassed because my sister was moved numerous times back and forth to get her nails done. My mom went to pay with a gift card I had gotten for her at Christmas and she was mistreated for paying with that. We were so disappointed and I so embarrassed for being the one to recommend this place. I will not come back.

I’ve been suffering with an ingrown nail for about 2 months and when I finally decided to take it out, the pain was unbearable just looking at it. Haven’t been to nail salon for pedicure becausr I’m skeptical and very cautious with who touches my feet, bad habit of mine I guess but I decided to look online for a place not only close by but that closes later pass 7pm. I came across this place and I called right away. The person who answers was very kind and amicable and gave me the opportunity to come in without appt. Once I arrived I was greeted and directed to the pedi chairs. The cleanliness and organization is key and I was pleased their was no strong acrylic or chemical smells . The nail tech took the time to listen to my concern about my ingrown nail and took the time, concern and dedication to explain to reason why this happened to me and how to treat and try to prevent from it becoming worse the next time I go in. Overall I’m ? satisfied, pleased and happy to have come here. My toes re pretty and pain free. Definitely recommend and most definitely coming back.

I’ve waited over a month to post this review so that it’s not based on emotion. With that said, this is the worst experience from any and ALL categories that I have encountered. I gave one star for the last effort of Hanna trying to salvage the last bit of the interaction she took over from the nail tech who worked on me. I left in tears feeling humiliated that I would be treated so poorly, and unprofessionally.
Wait time- I didn’t mind the wait. I walked in and wanted a mani/pedi so i patiently waited and enjoyed the massage chair.
Nail tech- an absolute nightmare. I asked her to file nails and she nodded then decided to cut them after I asked not to. She cut into my skin and said my toe nail broke and then her and the nail tech next to her that had another customer in a chair started laughing at me. I didn’t understand what they were saying and they kept laughing. She was really rough with me and I asked her to stop being so rough with the service. Hanna walked over and said I still had to pay after I asked to get up and leave. She said the pedi was done although the nail tech didn’t even paint my nails. I got up and paid with tears in my eyes because I was mortified at how much they pushed back and denying that I was cut that it was an ingrown but my skin was clearly cut and bleeding. How could a business demand payment after causing that much distress and not even apologizing? Unprofessional, rude experience- definitely was not a service. How unfortunate- especially considering the money I’ve dropped between me and my daughter And how much I love to support local business. Never again.
