Went to Staples to sign up for TSA pass. Could not find it so ask an associate. They walked me half way to that location to be sure I could locate it. When done, that individual gave me a coupon. I looked around for something I might need, found it and had a very nice interaction with that new clerk.. Nice visit.

Feedback or no feedback Latasha. I’m never shopping at any staples for as long as I’m breathing It took me 20 years to walk into that store and now I see why it took me 20 years and now I’m gonna spend the next 40 years of my life avoiding it
They do not price match unless it fits their narrative
They make up their own policies and they tell you that if it’s not from a store that they feel comfortable with and they don’t price match, which is absolute nonsense
Clearly, if you go online and look for this product, there is a large assortment of discounted. PlayStation five controllers.
Lost my business I’m not going back literally walked across the street and bought the same controller for $10 less
Just remember, nine dollars could’ve saved this guest
I don’t care about your response. I don’t care about your damage control on your reviews. I’m never coming back in there ever again.
First time in 20 years and now I see why.

Helpful staff, I did an Amazon return and a guy with shaved brown hair helped me and he was a great. A girl with a dark ponytail showed me where returns are as soon as I entered the building. I had a very pleasant experience

Michael provided me with the best customer service you could ever ask for. He was thoughtful and patient and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Staples is lucky to have him on their team!!
The manager was also very helpful. I believe his name was Jose!!
I live in Orlando but I’ll be sure to drive to the St. Cloud Staples because I know customer service is important to them in that store and great customer service is hard to find these days!!

Had issues printing a PDF file. I asked for help from the blonde Hispanic mature lady. I have used Staples for years even for my job and my business to print training packages etc.. I also know how to use the self checkout printers. I asked if she could please print them otherwise. She said she couldn't. There was no way...? Yet I remember emailing Staples directly and getting hundreds of pages printed before. So I guess my business wasn't important enough for her. She seemed stressed and overwhelmed, and not really wanting to help me or other customers who were also having issues with the printers. Witnesses her being
rude to an older lady that absolutely couldn't use the printers on her own by yelling across the counter "look at the screen mam, what does it say"? 99% of the time this company is amazing...this lady ruined it for me today. Btw ...I'm living in hotels and needed to print an apartment application...kind of important to me :(

Unprofessional. Needed some construction paper cut and instead of nicely telling me they don’t offer those services, employee couldn’t wait to tell me no, instead I was told to cut it myself or find someone who has a circuit machine (as if I didn’t weigh those options out before coming here). I’ve had several issues already with that “printing section” at the side of the store. Honestly close it down.

They charged me 70+ to send the fax 30 pages that’s just crazy. I will never ever ever use this service or this company ever again.
