The staff does not help the customer and the copy center does not work with slow machines, there is no staff to guide you. Be careful when making a copy because the machine charges the money to your card and the copy does not appear.

Went in search of an office chair. Associate Mike was extremely friendly and helpful, answered my questions, and helped load the chair in my car. Much better than Office Depot, where associates did their best to avoid answering my questions and disappear, their loss. Found a great office chair at Staples. Thanks, Mike!

I went to the Staples St. Cloud ,FL store today (12-5-23) to print something I needed. I as told very impolitely by the lady in the printing section working on some other "ordered documents " --"1-JUST TO take the Staples instructions card on top of the tables near the printers2-, Follow the instructions and 3- everybody who does that ;never has had problems ."Well ,i am 69 and although I followed the instructions twice I did not receive my email from StaplesPrintMe. I again went to the lady and she said then that she was too busy ;that what she was doing was more important and HAD to BE done before ALL else". I then called supervisor in the store since manager {Jose) was not present today ;and she helped me finish what I needed The supervisor promised me that she would talk to the lady behind the printing counter after I left .I tallied a little bit in the store and saw the supervisor walk to the counter of lady (printing ordered jobs) ,stay there a few seconds (until she thought I was gone out of the store ) and did not talk to the mentioned employee.I gave a 1 point review because of such poor ,unsatisfactory service and customer treatment .I would NOT be surprised if this is among the stores soon to be closed by Staples .The store was also empty(less than 10 customers in the whole store) and without electricity service in all left side of the store

The girl who is in the printing area has a very bad character, she does not know what customer service is, that damages the image of any company. 11/04/23 9:25amMaybe it's too early and he hasn't had coffee.?

They sell staples here. That makes sense. What doesn't make sense is how bad the Chipotle nearby is. It's like.....really bad. The worst even.

I purchased a printer that cost me $699.98, the rep told me that the protection service was in case that the printer went bad that I would call Asurion and that they would send me a gift card to get it replaced. Well two years later my printer stopped working. I called Staples in St Cloud and the lady on the phone gave me the number to Asurion and website to fill out a claim in order to get the gift card for replacement. When I did the claim online, Asurion had me call them to speak to a technician. The tech through my computer couldn't fix the issue so he said that he was going to approve the claim. He transferred me. Mind you this is the 3rd transfer. The next rep told me that I have to take the heavy printer to a nearest UPS facility to get it shipped to them to get it fixed. He said that it takes 2 days of travel about 3 days of verifying the issue and 2 more days to get it if fixed. I would be without a printer for a week. I asked how would I print the documents and he said to go to a staples store that they would print them out for me. The nearest store is 45 min drive from my office. They said that they couldn't do anything else and that it was the only option. If I couldn't do it to buy a printer. Staples sold this Asurion plan and made it seem nice and easy process when in reality it isn't. They should speak to their employees to get their information corrected and speak with the truth.

Terrible service at the printing department. There was no one there other than me and the lady that works there and i was clearly disturbing the lady with questions. I’ll Save myself a headache and will get me a printer. Store manager to busy to talk to me. F -

I tried to return a printer that has never worked from day one and was told no. The printer was approximately $95 new and the employee tried to sell me replacement ink for $90 thinking that would fix the problem, the problem is the employees and their rudeness.
