Have used for multiple service calls in my Yukon from oil, tires, suspension replacement, etc. Had them fix a taillight along with a few other issues. They said it was multiple items that needed to be replaced for taillight and charged me over $500. Then when it continued to not work- they told me to bring it back in and want to charge me a $180 diagnostic fee to look at it again. An issue they already diagnosed and "fixed" for over $500! I am done with this business! Terrible business to try to charge a diagnostic fee for something you supposedly already fixed!?

This business is very unprofessional. Poor sales process and managerial experience, and very pre-judgmental. I've been reluctant to give such a review though after several consistent experiences, and other dealerships surpassing . I test drove a vehicle at other dealership with only a license. Mind you the same car. I was pressed for payment info just to see if I could afford the car. I was asked by the management "are you even gonna buy the car". Customers who spend cash on a vehicle want to know every detail and it seems as though they were frustrated that someone didn't just hop and sign for a car in two seconds. The environment is extremely pushy. The sad part is I kept getting asked if I was gonna buy a used car before I even test drove the car. In what world is this normal?I was told "I can't read you" by the salesmen. This let's you know they read and judge you regarding the potential sale. And to ask anyone for assistance while your "sales rep" is busy means no one will help you. Overall I felt extremely judged, and pushed to sign before understanding the customer. This is consistent with each of my shopping experiences. I was told I need a credit application just to sit in a car that I expressed interest in. Even after expressing a cash sale and proof of funds. They didn't didn't even want to two cars for me and made it a hassle. Mind you another dealership did all the above on first experience. Overall I'm certain that the car I do purchase will not be from this dealership nor any warranty claims. The hospitality was poor and very pre-judgmental. To argue with a salesman and managerial staff regarding eligibility to purchase, sit in, startup, test drive a used car (which is same price as new) is beyond embarrassing. Not a great feeling to buying a dream car. Thumbs down across multiple experiences. (Last year when I purchased a new car not from them for this reason, and again this year for same reasons)This is as kind as I can put this review.

My service advisor was great. I have no complaints about the work that was done either. I declined my break pad replacement and turning my rotors because it was very excessive compared to other shops or doing it myself. Also, the biggest reason I would tell someone not to go there is because I got a phone call, text, and email from sales to ask me about trading in my truck. I went there for service not to be contacted in multiple ways to get a new car sales information. It's extremely annoying, I've never had that happen anywhere else and it makes me not want to take it back to them. It's also the reason I would tell someone to go somewhere else.

This place is awful, please do not allow the positive reviews to deceive you. I purchased a brand new 2021 Trailblazer from them and it's been a nightmare. The car has had issue since it was under warranty. I took it into their service center for said issue, and was told the problem was identified and fix. Well to my surprise, the same issue started occurring again a month after it was supposedly fixed. I reached out to Luis in the service center, however when I took the car in, I'm now being told I am responsible to pay for the costs associated with the repairs due to my car no longer being under warranty. They have not actually looked at my car this time, but Luis was still able to tell me the issue was due to something completely difference, even though I'm getting the same exact reduced engine power light on my dashboard. It's funny how he already knows what's wrong with the car, even though it hasn't been diagnosed this time. This would only be possible, if they had prior knowledge of the issue when it was previously returned back to me. The last time they had my car for repairs, I was literally without a working vehicle for weeks. I was denied a courtesy car and Luis would basically ignore my calls when I would try to get an update. Avoid this branch at all cost.

Let me start by saying that I'm only satisfied with the attention provided by the seller Ernesto at Sterling Orlando and Manny Rivera at Sterling Cloud service department. 5 stars to both employees. Other than that my experience with Chevy has been horrible. My 2023 Colorado left me stranded at home twice for the same reason, no battery power. The first time battery was replaced. Second time seems that the problem was with the front camera staying on. On both of my visits, there were no loaner car or even a ride to work, because it was "too far". I bought 2 Chevy the same day, over 90k dollars, and for me, missing days at work because of that is unacceptable. How am I supposed to explain at work that I cant go because my brand new vehicle left me stranded, twice? I went to the front desk and tried to talk with the Manager at Sterling St Cloud and I was told that I needed to contact Sterling Chevy Orlando because that is where I bought my car. I'm very disappointed with Chevy and as soon as I have the opportunity to trade my vehicles for another brand, I will.

We didn't feel pressured when we bought our 2023 Suburban Z71, unlike most other dealerships. Our salesman Felix was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We definitely appreciate everything Felix and the sales team did in making us feel welcome. We will definitely be returning and referring our friends and family here.

7/14/2023I do not recommend buying from this dealer. i purchased a new vehicle from them in January after making a custom order on a new car. i was unsure if i was going to get my car that i had ordered, although hesitant to purchase, i was assured that they would "swap me out" if my new car came in, fast forward six months later, no phone calls or emails, i stopped in and was told my car was accepted for build, two weeks later after me making a phone call, i was told my car was built and on its way. car came in, i brought the vehicle i purchased in with only 500 miles on it, was given well below market value for trade as thats "the best" they could do. i took my new car, after i had to wait for them to bring it back into service to remove the shipping blocks they didnt remove, only to find out two days later, they listed my traded car in for almost 12k more than they gave me. total crooks, they will not be getting anymore of my buisness, i will gladly order the new truck from another dealer, and will drive over 30min away for service7/29/2023 I would like to update this review, not even one day after my initial post, i was contacted by my salesman and was asked to talk with the gsm (sales manager), i called and talked for a couple minutes where he came forward and told me they did not honor the original deal, told me the dollar amount i should have gotten, offered half so that i would take the review down, i came back with a fair offer, we agreed, he said he would get an answer for me withing a day or two, that was two weeks ago, i have contacted my salesman with no response, so basically they are not true to their word, i will be posting this across multiple platforms, and have already turned a few people away from going there to do business, THEY ADMITTED THEY DID WROND AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. STAY AWAY

I was in a real bind. I stopped for gas & my Equinox wouldn’t start afterwards. Called the dealership and was able to get an appointment but they weren’t sure if they’d be able to work on it that day. Delores Miller did everything she could to help me and was able to get it fixed and back on the road the same day. This was fantastic because I was 1-1/2 hours from home. Deloris is a fantastic employee who puts the customer first.

We are vacationing from Georgia and our Chevy 2014 went into anti theft mode and we got stuck here in FL. St. Cloud Chevy (as well as the location near Kissimmee) helped us tremendously! They gave us top notch costumer service AND we paid less than the estimated price! Not only that, because our car was towed they came to pick us up from our hotel the next day when the car was completed. We thought we'd have to wait a while because they were booked with other car appointments but they made sure to get us out early so we could get back home to GA! Great location and great business.
