What ever you do, don’t go here! Go down the road a few miles and go to that one. This location is horrible. The lady gave me wrong information ( she needs training) and the gentlemen at the one on 13th street knew what he was talking about and helped me out and the lady at this location was totally wrong. Glad I didn’t listen to her.I decided not to continue with Truist, it had nothing to do with the location has all to do with the truist it’s self. Was so much better when it was suntrust. When they merged they went down hill.

truist in general no matter location is just not a good banking entity. if there is fraud in your account you will be asked to do the resolving and calling to get your money back, if you need to ask a question not on their present phone menu, the only way to find the answer is to go in physically and wait 20 minutes to be seen with difficulty or no resolution at all. Do not bank here or at any truist location it is trash compared to other local banks/FCUs.

Now with the switch to TRUIST this is the worst bank you could possibly use. Customer service is TRASH. 15 years I’ve been using this bank and now it’s absolutely horrible. FIND A DIFFERENT BANK

I opened up a bank savings account for 2 weeks ago. The women Gretchen told me I would receive a email for online banking which I never received. I called the next day, we confirmed my email and she resent, I still did not receive it. I called customer service number and she spelled my name wrong in the email. Also I never received a debt card so when I went to withdraw money, I explained my negative comments about my experience so far, Gretchen came to the window and said she did not need my attitude and that my account wasn’t eligible for a card! I have already called corporate, she does not need to be a banking account specialist if she is unable to do her job correctly.
