TRUIST NEVER SERVICES THE ATM. ALWAYS FULL WHICH IS A SECURITY ISSUE. If someone takes that atm over night it’s over. Why the hell is the atm always unavailable for cash deposits in the morning? When there’s people. ,shocker, who wake up early to use the ATM. I’ll be calling customer support or someone in the corporate. If you are thinking of opening an account DONT TRUIST IS SO SLOW. *GO TO BANK OF AMERICA*

Actually only use it's ATM. I liked the place where it is located, it has a very, very spacious surrounding.

It is impossible to actually call and talk with a person at the bank even when trying multiple times during the day. Then when calling the main national number and finally speaking with someone they can't see a transfer that was made 4 days beforehand. Pathetic.

Rating Kathy’s service a 5 star rating. She really went above and beyond with her customer service being a TRUIST advocate. She was empathetic and really wished she could help. Employees like her make the company a difference. However this time it’s the actual bank. . . .For TRUIST itself it’s a 0 !!! Do not bank here. GO TO A CREDIT UNION.My family and I are experiencing a very hard time right now and it seems like the actual bank policy is not understanding when it comes to their system. The “authority” it’s given to even managers is not acceptable. I’m having a unique situation happening experiencing a major loss with family members and I wasn’t able to deposit my labor check because I’m not in the states for when payroll came out. I got my first NSF FEE and no one can refund it because it’s policy. This is not a usual transaction on my account but the fact that TRUIST isn’t able to do a courtesy manual refund or even with an exception of a peer makes me not want to have any type of relationship here. DO NOT BANK HERE.
