Severely over priced, selling vapes that do not work, not recommending that you try them in store, and refusing to swap out the one that doesn’t work. Stating that every customer knows you have to try it in store which is not the case ever. We have been going for months now and never once have they recommended trying it in store so that was a big fat lie.

I'm not from this area, so when my Vape died, this was the closest place. I asked for the vape I wanted, and the lady handed it to. I ALWAYS try them before I walk out of the store. When I did so, it did not work. The display didn't even turn on. I explained to the lady that it was defective. She insisted that it wasn't and that maybe it wasn't charged. I told her they all come charged and that it was a bad one. After she messed with it for a few minutes and still didn't work, she threw a new one on the counter like she really didn't want to replace it. I made sure again to test it. It was fine. However, I had left my change on the counter with the trash and just asked if she could check the trash if it was in there. She began to get loud and said, "I'm not a thief," which I never accused her of. I was just curious if it got tossed with the trash. I ended up finding the money and apologizing, but as I was walking out, she continued to yell at me. I was frustrated at this point and just walked out. Very rude.
