I came by to pick up a 150 gal. stock tank and the employee that checked me out gave me a little attitude as if "why I am buying this and disrupting his comfortability with heavy sighs. Upon driving to the back and opening up my tailgate the guy on the forklift made a comment about my purchase and why I choose what I wanted. I did not appreciate that since he literally did nothing besides use the forklift to get the palate which contained the product i wanted from the high shelf and set it on the ground, he had to get it regardless and I replied that since it's my money that I'm spending here that's what I chose...that's it, Myself and the employee who rung me out at the register handled the rest, but yet again the guy who rang me out gave me a little attitude as if I'm causing hard manual labor for him helping me get what I wanted and taking him out of his precious A/C, seriously it wasn't much energy used in the entire process and I did the bulk of the lifting and such, and on a side note it looked like he could use some of it and not be so lazy. Tractor Supply should be lucky I didn't just cancel my order right there for the unprofessionalism and attitude I received from both employees. And if that guy on the fork was management, then shame on him and he shouldn't represent this company.

Trucks take 192 to Neptune. Take Neptune go right onto Old Canoe Creek Road. Tractor Supply entrance and dock is on right. Publix grocery store nearby (walk across street) if you need food and drink.

Richie the store manager was probably the worse customer service I’ve seen.Very slow and honestly unpleasant to talk to. I was in over the weekend and needed to measure a black feed tub outside for a home project that was very specific due to limited room, the tub was upside down up kinda higher then I could manage and I asked him once he finally made it outside to help me get off stack and flip it over so I could measure he looked shrugged his shoulders and DID NOT HELP ME SAID I COULD GUESSTIMATE THE SIZE I SAID NO I CANT DUE TO LIMITED ROOM. So sad when ppl have a job in customer service but are so Pitiful at it!!!

Tractor supply where all your chick needs start. This is my first time looking too raise live stock and I figured what better place to visit then here. Fortunately Ray was there, helped me find all things necessary too starting my own coop. From finding the necessities, too suggestions on how too raise them and what they should be around. I'm thankful for his suggestions and I found a lot of value in shopping here.

Janet the cashier is very slow and likes to take her time, have conversations with customers, and slowly scan itemsI waited 10 min in line, and there was only one person in front of me.This is an inconvenience for us the customers because we have things to do.Please coach Janet to be more efficient.

Ray the manager should not be the manager of that store! Very disappointing shopping experience. Ray doesn’t care about customers or the products they sell there. I ask if we could get some sort of discount due to the rust and how dirty it was. He said no discount no cleaning Spent over 1500.00 in that store just to be talked down to. Will be closing my Tractor Supply Card

Roy the manager doesn’t care about his customers. Very disrespectful. Ask him a question about a goat we was buying ask him if someone could clean it and try and get some of the rust off was told no if you don’t want it don’t buy it. He said he wasn’t getting no one from his team to do anything. Spend your money else where not there

Today's shopping experience at Tractor Supply Co. left a bitter taste in my mouth and warrants some critical reflection from the management.Upon reaching the checkout I found myself stuck in an avoidable situation that could have easily been resolved with a pinch of common sense and customer care. The lady in front of me encountered some issues with her transaction, which inevitably led to delays. Fair enough, issues arise - however, it was the subsequent actions of the staff that left me agitated and disappointed. The cashier did take the initiative to call for backup, which should have alleviated the situation. Unfortunately, the responding cashier didn’t address the queue with the logical approach that one might expect. Instead of serving the next customer in line – which was me – they permitted other customers to be attended first. This complete disregard for order and fairness in serving customers is particularly irksome, considering I was unable to quickly maneuver my heavily loaded cart to stake my rightful place in the new line.A lack of clear policy or training in handling such situations was glaringly apparent, highlighting the necessity for adequate guidelines on managing queues and unexpected delays at the checkout. A simple, structured approach to these common retail challenges would ensure all customers are treated fairly and expediently, maintaining a positive shopping environment. It's worth noting that customer loyalty is hard-earned but easily lost. My experience today was a straightforward example of how disregard for orderly process and basic customer service principles can tarnish a customer’s view of a business. Hopefully, Tractor Supply Co. will consider this incident an opportunity to revisit and perhaps revamp their customer service training, ensuring future patrons do not leave their stores with the same level of dissatisfaction I experienced today.
