“Dealing with this U-Haul location was a real pleasure! It was easy to use the app and reserve the exact trailer I needed. There were two employees who came out and showed me where the unit was and I drove to it. They then connected it and connecter the wire for the lights and asked me to test them with both turn signals and brakes. I rented it one-way from St Cloud, FL to Fort Lauderdale where I returned it at the Broward Blvd location. I didn't even have to get out of my car. They pointed out where they were going to store it and then the employee, unplugged the wiring and disconnected the trailer from my car. Both locations were very helpful and I highly recommend both locations! Great job guys!”
