The staff at this location are truly heaven sent. I had an issue with my unit and they went above and beyond for me in my time of need. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to use this location for any and all storage needs.

I rented a van for 6 hours and brought it back 2 hours early hoping to get that removed for a lower bill but was informed it was priced for 24 hours. Beware

was able to order the truck online, they were very friendly and offered the truck with no issues. location is clean and in a safe enough environment.

Antonio was awesome. Needed a trailer last minute and he made it happen. He was very professional and gave an overall awesome experience. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. BAD MANAGER
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! I reserved my trailer a day before and when the MANAGER arrived he was very rude and did not want to let me take the doll, he wants to put policies that do not exist for cars. Very incompetent, you shouldn't work there!!! The only woman who works there, along with the manager, is also in charge of chasing the customers who arrive at the establishment.

If you want to pay Double prices here is the right place. And beware they charge prorated when you get in but if you leave before time they don't prorated your refund they keep your money.

Terrible experience at this place. This location is 20 minutes from where I live. I called ahead and made a reservation over the phone to pick up a truck. When I got there, they informed me that because of a “new rule”, they could not rent the truck to me because my drivers license had an Orlando zip code and not a Kissimmee zip code.I’m sitting in the Uhaul office ready to pay for my reserved rental, the truck is right outside, and they’re telling me they “can’t” take my business because of some mysterious rule that nobody seems to want to take responsibility for. This is your store, you need to take responsibility for your policies. How can you turn away paying customers and call that a good business practice? These people are blindly following rules at the expense of the customer with no remorse.Their only solution was to tell me that I could rent from another location that was 40 minutes away. Instead of trying to sympathize with me and get me the truck I reserved that was literally sitting outside.
