I dropped my truck off and called the number on box, was told to drop my keys in, never got any kind of confirmation that truck was there. I left an item inside the cab of the truck, went back to retrieve it and could never get anyone...Then my friends card was debited monies and I was even notified as to what they were charging me for even though they had all my contact info.
