I brought this store items to be packaged and shipped out. They took my items to the back counter packaged them and brought back a sealed box to the counter where I paid 190 dollars to have shipped with insurance. Half my items were lost in store while packaging and they claimed they can’t pull their camera back a few days later. Thank you UPS for costing me 2600 dollars and then claiming it wasn’t your fault after paying you to do your job wrong. Go down the road to the other UPS store where the manager isn’t an unpleasant careless employee. She should be fired for treating people the way I was treated.

I am not the one to tell how to run a business, but I have choices when selecting a business to do business with. It has been several times that the wait its just too much but 26 minutes to drop off 1 package is insane. Managing the line in today’s business is a must. While it could be short staffed, lunch time etc., a good manager will step up out of that office for couple of minutes and take all drop off, also teach employees multitasking. That helps too. For now, ill go to the Narcoossee and 192 location for my shipping needs. My friends were talking about the same situation about this UPS store.

I went to this UPS store to return an Amazon product, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. From the beginning, the staff was unfriendly. The manager, instead of helping to resolve the issue, was rude and showed no willingness to assist. I felt like she was more interested in getting rid of customers than actually providing any kind of service. Not only did they fail to resolve my issue, but they also wasted my time. I definitely do not recommend this location.

I've been to this location 3 times to attempt to send off a package or a return and they claim that their system is down and/or the wifi is not working. This has been over the last 2 months.

They seem enthusiastic about their job, but they’re not.
Instead of trying to assist the customer in helping them and being clear about what they’re about to do. they just push you away and want to take care of the next customer.
Management came told me that since I use the envelope, I have to pay for it.
It was just a misunderstanding but he could care less he was looking for $2.99 for the envelope . He wouldn’t give me my items back, which now he’s considered stealing.
Real smooth dude, definitely not going to this post office ever again.

I’ve been a customer of this store for many years and the service was usually very good, but recently I’ve noticed some differences: long wait times, poor customer service and the worst part: inefficiency. I have a mail box that I renew every year, they declined to receive a package addressed to me and the manager wouldn’t admit their mistake until after being confronted with irrefutable proof. After realizing of their mistake, the manager said that she would assume responsibility, but then she said that they won’t cover the cost of resending the package! What kind of responsibility is that? So, you assume responsibility for your mistakes, and then leave others to pay for your mistake? Now I know that this store changed ownership just recently, and it shows.
Will not be renewing my mailbox this year. I would cancel it now, but they won’t refund the unused monthly payments. Just despicable all the way around.

I had a great experience at this location.
The customer engagement was phenomenal, they made sure my shipping process was up to par.
When i needed help/ asked questions i was taken care of very politely!
Would 100% come back.

Been coming here for years and now they take 2-3 hour lunches and sometimes don’t even bother reopening the store after going to lunch. Ridiculous

Great staff, great support and great prices! I had a bad experience in staples across the street and ended up going to UPS Store across the street instead. It is so much cheaper! UPS store staff was amazing! They do the work for you and cost almost half what I would’ve paid at Staples! A blessing in disguise
