After calling to update my payor information over the phone as done tons of times before and waiting on hold for 23 minutes to do so I was disconnected. I called back to get Marissa on the phone who insisted they can't take that information over the phone. Walgreens at its finest!

Pharmacy seems to be very busy, regardless of what time of the day I go there. Even the drive-thru. Plan on at LEAST a 30 mins - hour to pick up prescriptions. Also, they don't seem to update the Pharmacy hours on the home page very often.

Worst pharmacy ever! They never answer the phone and when you do get in contact with someone they provide misinformation. Super irresponsible. In addition, they also close at 5pm on weekends, just very inconvenient for customers all around. If you plan on transferring your medication somewhere else, it’ll be impossible for the new pharmacy to reach them as well so please be aware.

8 of the last 10 reviews are 1 star. I would give less of I could. Scripts are never ready when they say they are. Then they tell you to come back at a particular time and still not ready. How they are still in business astounds me. This level of incompetence would not be tolerated in any other business. We switched to prescriptions unlimited, only they are jot open on Sunday so we had no choice. I have spent at lease 2 hours here waiting for a zpac. Will someone in management please step up and resolve these issues.

Please don't waist your time in this pharmacy..they don't even offer the complementary 2 days extras to pic up your medication....just avoid it to save you a headache.lol

I cannot express how awful this place is. Transfered here after winndixie pharmacy shut down and it's been one problem after the other. Missing prescriptions, 30+ minute wait in the drivethru and even longer if you go inside, even had an issue with the wrong medication being sent via drive thru TWICE, not to mention the attitude whenever you need to call or speak to someone when picking up an order. Went recently to pickup a prescription, I called before to make sure it was ready and was told it was good to go. After 40 minutes waiting in line they tell me to wait even longer so they could fill it for me, 10 minutes later they said they could not and to come back the following day. Went home and immediately transferred all my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy and have had zero issues since. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
