I’ve noticed a recurring issue at your drive-thru pharmacy where customers wait in line only to find out their prescriptions aren’t ready. This causes delays and frustration. Please consider a policy where customers with unready prescriptions are asked to come inside, to keep the drive-thru moving smoothly. Better communication about prescription readiness could also help. Implementing these changes could greatly improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Have to call because there is a problem every single time I get prescriptions filled. It takes them 10-45 minutes to answer the phone. Routinely a half hour wait in the drive thru. One day I spent two hours calling, I finally called the front of the store and was told the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist didn't come in for work. Now this time I've been waiting for my insulin for over a week every day they tell me it will be ready at 2pm and it's never ready. What good is a drug store that can't fill prescriptions. My insurance forces me to use Walgreens so I'm trapped now without medication.

Walked in before I had to be at work 2 employer talking to each other greeted me, I spent 15 minutes looking for my items bought them to the register when at this moment I'm told the system is down ? you could have told me when I enter so I can save time and may have time to stop elsewhere before I have to go to work , waisting my time cause you have time to waist , disappointing!

Very nice people working but waited to tell me that they didn't take my insurance until after they filled it. So I wasted 3 hours and still didn't have my scripts.

I went to this location to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy reported that they deleted the prescription. I asked the Dr. to call in the prescription again while I waited. Fifteen minutes later I was told the prescription would cost over $1000.00. I paid less than $100.00 for the same prescription 1 month ago. The Dr. called the prescription into Walmart. I paid $50.00.

I have been tring to pay cash for my prescription and the have refused to fill it even thouvh i called and they told me they would fill it. Then today the lady on the phone says it will be there in 1hr so i gave them 2hrs and they still dont have it filled. The guy at the window told me 35 minutes to an hour and was more worried about his new tattoo to care about any of the customers. There was no one at the counter just 3 cars in the drive thru. Like really your busy or just lazy... i think its lazy hope that sleeve didnt cost you much cuz you may not have a job after today.

I have been here daily for the past week and I have had multiple staff encounters to ask for help, getting items they sell behind the counter and checking out and I've never had a bad experience. Also the register as socials always say hello and goodbye as I come and go to the store. I really appreciate the little acts of kindness and hope they keep up the great work!!!

Horrible pharmacy service. Waited til the day after my dr called in a medication so I wouldn't have to wait and they did nothing with the script after having it for 36 hours. So I wait a couple DAYS to get my next script and they still had to fill it. None of the staff is on the same page for dispensing otc mess, one person said I could get as much as I needed, another said it had to go thru the pharmacy, and a third said I had to come back in 3 days to get more than a single box; all with a script from the dr.

I've been coming to thIs store for over 10 years and I've finally decided to break up with them because of their main pharmacist and his commitment issues. Our family needs meds on a regular basis. And when we need them, we need to know they'll be ready close to the time we need them so we don't miss our dose. I know that's asking a lot, but bear with me. The main gentleman pharmacist refuses to take personal responsibility to say whether an ordered prescription will be available on a particular day because he doesn't want to get blamed. Unfortunately, this comes at the cost of their customers, which I no longer call myself one of them. I now go to their competition down the street, where they happily have our meds ready when they say they will without any issue at all, like it should be.
