Truly the best auto crew around, and even that is an understatement.I was heading back from a trip, over 2 hours from home and having tire issues. I thought the fix would be an alignment. Naturally, at 5 pm on a Sunday, everywhere is closed. I stopped here to ask for an alignment - they don’t do those but they went above and beyond for me. The manager, Bill, walked with me to my car (before I was even a customer!), looked at my tires and immediately knew the issue was a tire belt separation with one tire, and a huge nail was in another tire! The store did not have the exact tires for my car in stock, but Bill did research and found tires that would work with my car. Bill and Dale worked on my car, and Melany helped me at the desk. She was so sweet and very informed. Bill kept me in the loop the whole way, and even let me know the issue with my tire was a manufacturing defect.It’s a little scary to feel stranded in a place you don’t know, but I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Bill is the nicest and most sincere person - he didn’t have to help me as much as he did. If I didn’t live so far away, I’d come here all the time! 10/10, 5 stars. Would not recommend. Stay away. Had oil change appointment at 9am. They called me at 9:16 to let me know they didn't have my oil filter & I'd have to bring them one, which I did, right away. When I arrived to pay I was expected that pay full price, even though they did not provide part of the service I was being charged for. When I asked to speak to the manager, Bill very rudely offered me a discount of $4.50 because an oil filter is "free". Very poor customer service. They will expect you to do part of the work for full price.Service: Oil change

I stopped in the other day to ask about getting an oil change. Stood around for 5 minutes without being acknowledged while she helped the person in front of me. It's pretty simple customer service if something is going to take a while that you just ask the next person what they're here for. I just had 1 question about pricing & asked if they required apts. When she finished with the other person she answered my simple price question & said we're closed for today (understandable because I came right before 5) but no apt needed in the future.Today I come back. It's Tuesday at noon. I wait in line for 10 minutes behind 4 people, again nobody addressing anyone except the 1 person at the counter. Another man was clearly just checking out with oil. There's no reason they couldn't be more efficient with their line. I wait & wait & then she tells me we aren't taking any more services for today! At noon??? So I guess you should've told me that apts are necessary if you expect to be seen! And maybe you could've informed the room of that fact when you have 4 people standing there waiting to be helped, 2 people clearly just walked in for a new request, & you're not taking any more jobs for the day! I needed to stand there 10 mins for that?

I wanted to give a super huge shout-out to the auto care center team for their help and support! Gladimir, Anibal, and Jesus went above and beyond to really make sure our car was in good and safe condition to drive. Thank you for the suggestions/recommendations, time, patience, care and going out of the way to not only help but make sure everything was okay. I couldn’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Went in to get two front tires and they broke my driver side mirror. When I went in both mirrors were attached perfectly fine (drove 60MPH for part of my trip to get there so it would have fallen off on the commute) when they gave me my truck back my driver side mirror was hanging off by the cable to adjust the mirror and I can’t even drive home without it falling off. They of course don’t want to take responsibility for it, and am going to have to replace it myself. Thank you walmart for making me have to fix something on my truck that you guys broke.

I've been calling them for THREE DAYS and no one will answer the phone. I have a simple question that will take about 4 seconds to answer, but what if I had a problem? I've even tried the store operator, still no answer.

They had my tires that I ordered online but then after waiting for almost an hour they said because my car is a BMW they can’t mount/balance my tires. Not sure how accurate this is but the technician didn’t seem like he wanted to do anything.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Worst customer service experience EVERY! Purchased 2 truck batteries in March 2021 and they said they no longer pro rate them. They couldn't even explain why they no longer do it.

The auto dept manager Bill is awesome. Every time I've had to go in for anything he has worked hard to make sure I had the best product at the best price. Truly amazing customer service. Give Bill all the vacation days!
