I would like to say that your handykape in the store is very bad first you don't have any disabilities carts only three now st clouds Walmart is big I don't think three is good second you don't have benches for for handy kape people to wait for a cart and your people don't give a shit so I feel that you don't care about the handy cape or disability pepole people with disability can't stand or sit outside on the curb why don't you care we do buy things but we need help I shouldn't have to take a change trying to get a carríega and push it around to find a electric scooter thank you HELP

About a month ago I saw a live roach inside of a box of cakes that they keep near the registers. I tried to find the manager to no avail finally left disgusted.

Sometimes, and Osceola county, it becomes necessary to shop at Walmart, because it is the only store that is open. As it is important to us to have things, I would recommend that it become unimportant to you and that you wait for other retail establishments in Osceola County to open. if you can get to Orange, Seminole or Brevard County, that would be my recommendation, however... If you simply must visit a Walmart, I would recommend that you go to Lake Nona and avoid this mismanaged, lowest rated Walmart ever. The individuals that were hired to work here either do not speak English, choose not to speak English, don't care, don't care, or don't care. My experience today was having to buy a uniform for work... Trying to get someone at the fitting rooms involve the asking of seven different people that actually stopped when I said excuse me... The ones that did told me they did not speak English or that they did not understand. There was no bell to ring or light to light up to indicate that someone needed the fitting room open. The way it's currently set up is that you have to go to the front of the store to customer service to have them ask for someone to go back to the middle of the store and deal with the fitting rooms. That individual Also does not speak English Avoid!!!

There should be a no star selection. No cashiers available at 8:45 am that can take a check. Stood in line at the customer service area for 23 minutes. Got to the front of the line to finally check out when the only person at the customer service desk turns and walks to another customer to help her. The General Manager and store manager should be fired. I ended up leaving my items and walking out. Poor customer service, like non existent.

Look all retail stores need to learn how to do customer service, but what I saw from this Wal Mart is pure ridiculous. Lots of long lines and no one working those check out lines. Customer service was 13 deep the two check out lines were 7-10 deep. One customer complained and he was told to go to self check out. I worked at Target and we were all trained to work the check out lines and when needed were required to work the check out lines. The customer service I saw today was very poor and showed just what this Wal Mart thought of their customer and their customers time.

Walmarts are not the best In customer service so why do we continue to purchase goods from them? they are as expensive as everyone else and you have to deal with all the rude people that shop here. they never never answer the phone not even the pharmacy! thus place is horrible! not even cleans and employees are rude!

Came to do a drive up pick up order that has been ready since yesterday. I arrived at 6:33pm on a Saturday (8/6) and left at 8:44pm. Other cars are being attended, and others have been leaving. The number they have on the sign is out of service so there's no way for you to contact them or let them know you've been waiting. Either they are severely understaffed or have 0 organization inside. Terrible. Employees are young and careless, don't check up on your car. I cancelled my order with Walmart.

This location is the worst. Drop off the car for tire and oil change service. They said it will be 3 hours. I came back after 4 hours and they haven't started it yet. It took another 2 hours to be done. Off course , they are so big and they don't care about regular people.

It's frustrating to have to compete for space with Walmart's online shoppers. In particular, the deli counter. They take online order in priority over actual customers standing in line. You could be waiting 20-30 minutes for a pound of meat and they're fine with that. It's not the employees' fault. They're trying to fill orders. It's the store's fault.
