I have been going to this WD for quite a few years. There are so many times that they have items advertised for the weekend sale or a bonus item and I get to the store and they are out of stock. I know I can get a rain check, but really if they have an item on special they should be stocked. I shop their sales because their regular prices are way to high. Also their app sucks!

The customer service manager displayed extremely racist rhetoric to a man of color while in line. All he asked was where something was located and she straight up told him "you need to get your stuff elsewhere, boy." Last I checked we were in 2022. I understand the location was the KKK hot-spot but if you're running a corporation maybe do some diversity training and racist behavior modification. Disappointed AF, also created a case with their online department with no response for over a week.

I like this Winn Dixie because its never crowded (not at the times Ive been there) and easy to get in and out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and thre store is clean and open. They have really good deals on food and wine, and their displays of fresh fruit and veggies are visually enticing. They have a small, but nice bakery, and good meats. Their new rewards program is awesome. You actually earn money toward future shopping trips, but if you like the gas rewards, they still have that too.

My 3rd time giving this store a chance and I don't ever know why I do it. The service sucks! People that work in this store will look you dead in the face with a blank stare or liek they don't see you. Especially the lady in the bakery department that seems like she hates her job and anyone that comes to even ask a question. It shouldn't take you to look at me 5 and 6 times to even say hello or ask if I needed something. Be rude on Your own time and not at work. After all those looks I was never even greeted or asked anything so I left and went to Publix. Where the service is ALWAYs great and not hit or miss.

Compared to other Winn Dixie's this location is so run down in here and needs a good updated look. Don't get me wrong, I grew up on this grocery store. But this location is never a favorite of mine. The cashiers never actually speak to you, instead they just speak to each other. Today our cashier/bagger were too involved with their conversations to talk to any of us. One of us had an issue with our payment and Caitlyn the cashier was the least bit helpful. Tony did a good job bagging our orders - but man we had to ask for our purchase total b/c they were too busy talking. The little carts for the kiddos are always a plus! Free cookies for kids are oatmeal raisin - oooh... definitely not a staple cookie. Who likes oatmeal raisin?

St. Cloud is growing pretty quickly and as more neighborhood supermarkets begin to pop up in the area, I always choose this spot to get the items I need when in town. Whether it's gas for the grill, meats, snacks, beer, or even cleaning supplies- I can always count on finding what I need here. It's close to my in-laws so I've come here many times when I stop in the area and stay with them. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find something, just ask an associate for help and chances are you'll be greeted with a smile. Their international section is quite varied and allow you to find almost everything you're looking for. It's right in the center of St. Cloud and close to the lakefront park if you're looking to grab a few items for a picnic. The liquor store is quite impressive and a great way to use your plenti card for coupons and money back. I bought the tequila rose mini bottles for $1.00 on sale. It's a liquor I usually don't feel compelled to buy the larger version of but with prices like this, I'll grab a few mini ones to try something I only want a little of. It's a win win situation.

Convenience of the store being so close to where I live. They have everything I need at very good prices the meats are outstanding they have really good sales all the time. The store is very clean the people working there are very helpful and polite and there's rarely a long line at the register. T his Windixie is a top notch store and I'm glad they're here

Great store! Management is always helpful. Prices are great with lots of sales and buy one get one free offers. The fuel perks earn you cash off per gallon at local shell gas stations. Normally one can earn $.05 off gas per $50 spent in the store. Some items earn you more than $.05 per gallon. You even earn points at the best priced liquor store in town (attached). Sign up for fuel perks at the customer service desk! Awesome grocery store.

The people are wonderful. Extremely nice, friendly (but not phony friendly, ACTUAL friendly) and helpful. If you can't find it, they will. It is a pleasure to shop here. :) They sell fruit in both large and small quantities and they'll break a package of carrots if you want, which is nice if feeding one or two people. The store has as good a selection as (the one across the street) but neither has everything I want, so I always have to go to both.
