Called the other day to inquire about getting a new landlord policy. Problem 1: No human answers the phone. Problem 2: Confusing phone tree. Problem 3: Left a message and never got a callback. This level of service is not acceptable IMHO. Not recommended.

We got a hike in our premium of over $1000. We contacted Academy Insurance and they are awesome! Rose sat down with us and went over the options, explained the ins and outs of the various coverages and found us a plan that is actually less than what we were paying last year! I can't say enough great things about the customer service with Academy!

We've been with Rose and her team since 2012. Rose is always directly available for any issues, but we have our designated agent. Our agent is absolutely fantastic and has help us reduce the cost of our homeowner's insurance during the recent increase in Florida. Highly recommend Rose and her team.
