I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! I HAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THREE TIMES WITHOUT COMMUNICATION FROM THIS LOCATION AND ITS VERY INCONVENIENT WHEN LEAVING WORK TO HAVE TO KEEP RESCHEDULING DUE TO THEIR MISTAKES! DO BETTER!!!!

Spent many hours on the phone requesting records only to find out that they were never sent the day of my appt with another facility. The facility also requested images and records STAT and received nothing. One representative told me that they weren’t partnered with the other facility to share the documents and another told me they were. Poor service. Do not recommend
