I love Dr. Clark and his staff. Always takes the extra time with me to cover any issues I may have. He is always listening and never has he rushed me out or hasn't listened to my concerns. A wonderful doctor and staff has consistently been helpful and kind no matter how busy they are.

This is the best primary care physician I have ever had! I almost don’t want to tell more people because I don’t want his place to get too busy! He is kind, personable, and his staff are just as wonderful!

I’ve been going to Dr Clark for five years now. He is the kind of doctor who takes time to really sit with you and explain anything that needs explaining. I’m very happy with him and his practice.

My appointment with Dr. Clark's staff was handled fairly well and with ease once I arrived. However, in scheduling this appointment, I felt uncomfortable at getting the run around. It took several calls to finally make a connection to scheduling the visit. My visit with Dr. Clark was filled with care, compassion with regards to my ongoing questions regarding my health, as well as honesty.

It saddens me to hear of the loss of an amazing staff member along with others that have unfortunately parted ways with the clinic were the heart and soul of the operational support. Dr. Clark, while at first seemed efficient and effective has changed and does not act with honor of appropriate actions that of a provider. He bills patients inaccurately without providing the correct balance billing and supportive actions required by law under insurance regulations. You will never know that you have credit in your account because it is kept quiet. The current staff there is not certified to draw blood, handle medical assistant requirements with a license. They are “trained” by himself or ordered by his spouse who is NOT a licensed physician. Her practice is Eastern medicine and not FDA approved. She is rude, uneducated and inefficient. I have been a patient since 2018 and I’ve see so much turn over, and so many illegal actions. After hearing the discouraging news that the main support who not only was once the office manager, but became work from home office support for calls, bills, paperwork, pharmacy issues, prior authorizations, anything a patient needed done for the office, she handled. It’s unfortunate situation to see such a decline in respect for medicine. You may see 4.7 stars, but I assure you, that 4.7 will include a 45 minute billed visit to your insurance for bare minimum of $190 which includes at least 30-45 minutes of waiting just to be seen, have someone unlicensed do your blood pressure and O2 stats, and then a spouse who speaks to patients with disrespect and harsh tone. Be careful of what you see and watch what you do. I dare you to check your last EOB, time your next visit, hear the tones. You will see the result of insufficient illegal actions. Also, when you get labs, ask yourself, is this person licensed? Because they’re not! Also, ask yourself, should someone with a legal card to utilize marijuana be doing labs and running an office as a manager? Should someone not licensed to practice medicine be a partner in a medical practice? Do you want to be billed for a visit that took 10 minutes but was charged 45? Do you want to pay $45 for a stamp on a form you need? Think before you act. Not all stars are shiny, many come with scuffs and marks. This one, definitely does! The heart and the souls have all left that kept the office going in as positive of a manner as possible. Disappointing! #factcheck

Dr. Clark is the best primary care/GP doctor in St. Pete. I live in NY and FL currently and despite having to travel constantly, Dr. Clark and his staff ALWAYS manage to see me when needed. They are flexible and compassionate, and the best part is that Dr. Clark actually listens to his patients and spends time with them. My husband and several of our friends go to his practice, and while you may sometimes have to wait a bit, it is ALWAYS worth it — and you are NEVER shortchanged. I consider myself lucky to be accepted as a patient in this practice.

I was an All Care Clinic for blood work. John is the BEST. He makes what other lab facilities cannot do easy for me. I cannot stress how good he is at his job, I used to avoid having labs done at all costs. Not any more with John.
Thanks John for a great experience .

Awesome primary care facility! Friendly staff, nice lobby and exam rooms. Would highly recommend AllCare Clinic, to anyone in St. Petersburg, looking for a new doctor's office.
