The staff at Property Equipped are some of the most kind and courteous people I have come across in a long time answering all my questions and helping me find the right items for my operation. Even items they do not have in inventory they find exactly what I’m looking for at a seriously reasonable price!! I will be paying them a visit again soon!! ☺️ #bestservice #bestprices

I met the owner Troy today and found a perfect brand new fridge for 1129! He was the only one in town with a 33" wide side by side! Great service with delivery available. Thanks Troy.

Troy sold me a 48" viking range that viking sent to a junkyard in Las Vegas to be destroyed because it was known to be defective and a safety hazard. It was supposed to be destroyed. He somehow acquired it, "fixed" it, and sold it to me for $4,500. After using it twice, it caused a small fire in my kitchen while my family and I were sleeping upstairs and it caused ashes to go all over my newly renovated white kitchen and living room. Two viking repair companies came out and confirmed that it was not fixable and refused to even touch it.When I reached out to him, he refused to take it back and instead offered to sell it to some other consumer at auction. I refused to put this dangerous appliance out in the marketplace and asked for him to just take it back and refund my money. He refused, started ignoring my calls, and asked me to stop calling him. I respected his request and did not call him again.Troy's argument was that I had the issue several months after the range was delivered, so it wasn't his problem. While it's true that we did not install the range right away (renovation took longer than anticipated), 1. it was kept in a humidity controlled environment the entire time and more importantly, 2. the range was sent by viking to the junkyard to be destroyed because it was a safety hazard, so the issue is documented to have existed long before he even sold it to me. It was highly questionable (at best) for him to even sell it to me.I have documentation from viking corporate verifying that it was sent to the junkyard, documentation from two viking repair companies, and texts from him with the purchase details and serial numbers that I'm happy to share with anyone who'd like more info.[Edit: in response to the owner’s note on timing, I reached out to him within a year post install, which he communicated upon purchase was within his warranty. The delay was due to 1. Us trying to fix the issue on our own by reaching out to multiple viking repair people (we knew we had purchased a used device so wanted to fix it on our own first until we realized it could not be fixed) and 2. The abovementioned storage of the device in a humidity controlled environment for a few months while we waited for our renovation to be completed. In addition, our timing has nothing to do with the fact that he sold us a device that viking sent to be destroyed and he acquired and sold unlawfully. Again, all documentation can be provided upon request.]

This place is great! I was looking for an affordable option for a small beverage fridge for my dance studio. I've purchased them before, and did not think I could afford something bigger. After speaking to Troy I found exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price! Delivery was prompt, mindful of doorways and stairwells, and their care was impressive. Streamlined and easy from start to finish. Over a year later (wow it's been that long!) and running GREAT. Highly recommend this company!
