They have some of the best decor for your home for any time of year. Staff are rude and it seems you're more of a problem than a customer. With a competitor right across the street, you'd think they'd be more aggressive with their customer service. Might be a while before I return.

No staff on floor to ask questions.
At checkout inwas called to register and clerk walked away to hold a conversation with coworker
Called customer service and the message said to message them

Went in later on when no one else was in the store. Myles an employee was on his knees fully engaged in trying to fix one of the store’s reindeer Christmas decorations. Instead of standing around on his phone like every other young person. Not only that but he was pleasant and friendly and after just having a bad experience at a local Sonic fast food place with one of their rude young employees, it made this experience with Myles a pleasure.

My daughter who is a single mom and her 3 sons returned a Christmas tree they bought 2 days ago at this store. The tree was defective. The top of the tree lights were white and the bottom was multi colored. The manager accused her of putting an old tree in the box and trying to return it. All she wanted to do was exchange, not get any money back. She spent 20 minutes pleading her case and his condescending attitude caused her boys to cry and ask to leave the store. In a city where many people have just lost everything they own, I hope this man realizes this is not the way people should be treated. He is not leadership material.
