My mother has been given the run around my this store for the past MONTH regarding a promotion that she was supposed to receive by switching to AT&T. She was told she would receive a $300 gift card within 6-8 weeks of switching, well we are now past the 8 week mark and all they can tell her is “Sorry, the person in charge of the event is off work so we can’t help you.” Unacceptable to bait and switch someone and then not follow through on what the customer is expecting; sounds like a scam.

Cameron and the manager of this store are top-notch!! I went in with several issues from a local AT&T store. Cameron was able to quickly and with upmost HONESTY assist me with getting things straight with my phone account, Getting a new phone, Paying off old phones, all while ensuring, My bill is accurate and reflects proper usage. My store Of choice was the one on Saint Pete Beach, However, it burned down and luckily the manager from that store is now at this store! I will not go to another AT&T besides this one! Cameron, thank you for taking the time, And not rushing through the process, And helping me With everything I needed help with lol! This should be the only AT&T store anyone should ever go to in the St Pete area! Thank you again guys for everything!! Stacey

Wasting my time here but I ordered a new phone twice and they don’t know where it is. Staff is not motivated to help and every time I come in the store, they tell me to call the 800 number. They just don’t care. I’ve been waiting for my 2nd phone for over 6 weeks now and they don’t know where it is. AT&T is very incompetent. Staff tells me they don’t have access to the system to track the phone and when I call, they tell me to cancel and reorder. Worst experience ever.

I visited the AT&T store at 1300 4th Street this morning and received truly outstanding customer service. Although I can't remember the young man’s name, he was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful—taking the time to remove unnecessary apps and install a reliable antivirus program on my phone. His care and professionalism stood in stark contrast to my experience at the Publix location on 34th Avenue South, where I was offered no real assistance and was instead encouraged to pay more for a Norton app—even though a free antivirus option was already available. The difference was clear. I highly recommend the 1300 4th Street AT&T location for anyone seeking honest, respectful, and knowledgeable service. They truly set the standard.

This store was a disappointing experience. The staff seemed unqualified, lacking both enthusiasm and product knowledge. The store itself was poorly maintained, which only added to the negative impression. I ultimately chose to leave and take my business elsewhere due to the overall poor quality of the experience.

Cameron was absolutely rude and acted as if I was disturbing him when I was turning in my old phone after previously purchasing a new one (at that store). Apparently he doesn’t earn a commission since it was already purchased with Matt who was very helpful!
There was no one else in the store and he acted annoyed that he actually had to do something for a customer! My daughter had a bad experience with him and refuses to go to this store and now I absolutely agree with her!

Staff was very helpful & knew exactly what I needed. They waived shipping fees and I got my new phone in 2 days.
