“Give that girl a pay rise! Omayra was perfect, charming and very professional, she was above and beyond. She took well care of me. I have to say that morning I was in desperation: two high interest rates; I actually tried to open the door minutes before the office was open. But at the very first second sitting with her, I had that good feeling that things were to work out well.

“I hope I can fully express how outstanding Jake Stone is at what he does through this review. I own a business & needed an SBA loan for a partner buyout. Going into this process I knew absolutely nothing about the SBA or much about lending in general. I was referred by the largest business broker in Las Vegas to a different SBA banker with another large SBA bank. When they unfortunately couldn’t get my deal done , I cold called 3 SBA bankers from a LinkedIn search. 2 sent me to voicemail but Jake picked up on the second ring & the rest is history.
It’s very clear within a few minutes of talking to Jake how outstanding at his job he is. He lives breathes and sleeps SBA deals , and sets himself apart from any other banker I’ve worked with by how committed he is. My business had many unique challenges and the deal ended up taking over 6 months (my own fault) and Jake stuck with me and coached me through each step of the process constantly checking in & asking how he could help. Jake is also incredibly generous with his time & navigates this SBA / loan / banking world almost as if he can see the future. He’s been the perfect partner for a guy who knows how to run a business but doesn’t know much about banking or the SBA.

The loan officer(I'm guessing is her title) was helping serve customers but she acknowledged me and told me it would be a few min. I said that's fine. Within I'm guessing 5 min tops she called me over and helped me finish my app. I appreciate her help just wish I could remember her name. Would definitely recommend this office.”
