Went here on June 30 at 420 it was a big lady at the desk with no customers she rudely stated that they close at 5 and she don't have time to assist me and to come back Monday. Like ma'am you literally have 40mins before its 5pm. After an unwanted welcome I just took my business to geico. Great customer service is the key to keeping a business but guess some people don't care.

Direct wanted 190 for a bare minimum policy on a 20 year old paid for 4Runner. Bell Insurance Agency was able to sign me up with amigo and now I’m paying 90. I’d definitely recommend this place.
