“I had a great experience with Michael at Two Fold during my recent visit to St. Petersburg. I went in one day because my Brompton was making a funny noise. Michael had a lot of jobs lined up for the day, but he took the time to check it out, and ended up finding several minor but significant safety issues, which he tweaked to fix at no cost.

A couple days later, I noticed that after these tweaks I began having a new issue with downshifting. I took the bike back in, and Michael spent significant time diagnosing the problem (which turned out to be a complex result from apparently subpar/nonstandard work at a previous shop, which became apparent after his tweaks.) At the tail end of his work week, he took the time to diagnose and fix it all, at a very reasonable price, explaining it all along the way.

“Melanie first helped me get my bike out of the car, told what she would do to fix it, how much it would be and that she would fix it same day. Texted me when it was completed (first asking if text was okay I said yes) then I called 5 minutes before closing, spoke to Dave, to see if I could make it in time/feel out if they were willing to wait. Then asked where I was, I told them and then they offered to deliver it free of charge. I was astounded. I tipped them $10, to show appreciation, they were so kind and gracious. I then had them look at our other bike and she assessed it and told me what she would do and how much it costs and since trust was built I know it’s going to be great. And she’s happy to hold it until payday, which is a week out. I can’t recommend this place enough!”
