“Ok where do I start, I'll be honest I'm not the easiest when it comes to "I like what I like" as I typically buy online. My father had an amazing experience here buying a new Verve, so I thought why not check them out. I've been on a search for a bike for awhile online but I did not know what the geometry felt like. So I stopped in and was greeted by Hugh when I first went. Let me tell you, Hugh is a stand up gentleman, I appreciate every second of his time he gave me. I let him know where I was at with looking for a bike, and the Marlin 5 Gen 3 was the right fit for my riding type so he let me test ride one. I fell in love instantly, my only issue was I didn't like the gray/ red letters color combo, I NEEDED Power Surge color way. He checked online and BAM they had that color in Large in stock. I went home that day with a better idea on what I wanted. A few days passed, and It was eating me up not having that bike so the wife and I went back as she needed a tire for her bike anyway. This time we were greeted by Michelle, another absolutely amazing person, ready and willing to solve our problems, and I snapped and bought the bike. Michelle went above and beyond and found one within their network ready to go just needed to be sent to ABC Bike. I waited the weekend and today November 5 it was ready, Hugh verified it was good and had it detailed and ready for me when I got there. Let me know what the tire pressure was set to, when the first 3 tune ups are (the first 3 are free mind you) and if I needed any accessories just let him know. I cannot emphasize this enough GO TO ABC BIKE, they will treat you like a loving caring family. They take pride in getting you on a bike, they are by no means pushy sales people.
