I love this store but one of the workers, Melody, is so mean. My mom asked if there was a restroom and she just said “the back”. We still didn’t see it so had to ask twice more to clarify and we found out it was in the employee only section of the store. She made other rude comments around us while we were shopping and then as we were checking out she kept sweeping the same spot so we couldn’t get to the register. We were able to check out but she stood so close behind us the whole time to make us feel uncomfortable that we were in her way. She shouldn’t be working in any kind of customer service job if she hates customers.

Happened into this store on an early Friday afternoon. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but love thrift stores and remember spending hours with my grandmother at this location in particular. In the front they have a sign with the sales of the day which were vast (spoiler: I got six items for $6.). The aisles are well spaced out and clear signage with pricing. The staff were helpful, patient, friendly. A staff member politely showed me where the bathroom was while manning the register. I felt the items were organized well although I did notice the men's section in particular was lacking in selections of pants and shorts for men. However, I also understand the items in store are dependent on whatever gets donated. Will definitely be visiting again! I got 2 onesies for my infant baby girl, two books, a vase and a mug.

Have been a long time costumer of this thrift store and drive out of my way to go here. They have some very specific invisible "fine print" on their sale items of the day. For instance toys are 50% off. But if it takes batteries it's excluded ..... made no sense to me. Left my items and will no longer frequent this store.

Personally it's my favorite, comparatively to other thrift stores it's much cheaper, you have to do quite a bit of digging but you can find alot of vintage goods if you look carefully, however i do see alot of reviews that the customer service is shabby, i don't mind but if you care about that kinda thing maybe steer clear or just avoid staff, never had an issue myself throughout years but make sure to read other reviews just in case

Drive thru drop off is a joke. Waited no one came out finally unloaded myself as soon as I finished someone came out. I indicated I had put things in the cart/bin. They did not acknowledge that was was even there. No hi, goodbye, thank you NOTHING!!!!!! Will never donate there again.

I went in last week for the first time in a year or so. It looks better than I've ever seen it. The A/C was up and running, the aisles seemed to have more space, everything was well lit and far better organized than it had ever been in the past. They've made some positive changes and you can tell all throughout the store. I could hear the employees speaking to one another in appreciation instead of grumbling like they used to. It genuinely feels like a happier place. Keep it up, Boley. You guys are doing great!

Nice, clean, and conveniently located thrift store. However, I take issue with who I think is the manager/maybe owner, non-native speaker, international/European older, white female w/dyed hair. I don't appreciate you, as a representative of the store, sharing your political views on the current President and Vice President of this country of which you reside in, mind you. Very offensive to me. Customers don't come there to hear that. How unprofessional. Don't forget where you came from trick.

March 2022 by Rob Stephens
I have been a long time customer of this store and I appreciate the good that they do in the community. I went there on March 20 to purchase a pair of crutches to help me with mobility due to a medical condition. I am a very private person and I don't like discussing my medical condition with strangers. My girlfriend brought the crutches to the register while I slowly made my way to the front of the store. The cashier had to ask what we needed them for and what was wrong with me, none of which I want to discuss. I replied that it's none of her business what I needed them for. Not only do I not want to discuss my condition with her, I definitely did not want to talk about it with the several customers around me. So the cashier just acts like I'm in some bad mood or something and then smiles at me in a way that I feel she is laughing at me. I feel it's rude to ask anyone what is wrong with them or ask me why I would need them. It's a private matter and I don't appreciate her calling attention to it. I also don't like how she made it like I was just having a bad day and that's why I don't want to answer her. It's my business and that's how I want to keep it. Very rude to ask this question and even more rude to make me out to be some kind of monster for not sharing with her. I just wanted to purchase the crutches and leave. I think the cashier just stick with cashiering. I see that there are similar reviews already posted about unsolicited questions and advice. Some people may not handle it as graciously as I did and I feel her smiling at me after me telling her it's none of her business was provoking me. Please just stick to your job assignment.

I totally agree with the person who said that the drop off people are the rudest YES they are. They don't even have the nerve to say thank you when you are providing them their salary because guess what if you get donation you can't sell i will NEVER again bring anything to them i am taking to goodwill. it's just amazing to me.
