“My 2024 Hyundai palasade had been detailed and was completely scratched. All the plastic and paint had swirl marks, and the amount of damage was well over 12k. Tampa Bay not only removed all the marks that restored my vehicle to showroom condition, they took professional pride as if it was their own. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they go above and beyond. My vehicle is 100% again. I was ready to trade it in before this.”

All the lights were on. Everything worked.
I even smelled new smells that were not the the same cheap crappie chemicals used by all the other car washes, I don't know if that means that they're more effective or not but considering it's actually part of a detailing place instead of just a ghetto money maker, that's a good sign.
The pre-wash might have actually done something. If I hadn't gotten all the things to start detailing my own vehicle I would definitely bring it here to see what they can do.
I've never looked at the costs but I don't imagine the self-service itself is as profitable as the other places on paper, but it for sure has to have repeat customers.
It's rare that I find a car wash to return to in an area, and I'm sad I only had one night here”

“Darrel and Minnie did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!My car was an absolute mess after taking two dogs out of town a few weeks ago. It took a few hours but by the time they were done with it, I couldn't find any evidence of dogs in the car at all. I'm completely amazed. Like, truly, completely amazed.Darrel's energy and laugh are uplifting, so I got a clean car and a huge smile on my face. His prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I got.What initially set him apart from the rest of those I'd reached out to was that he actually responded to my request and questions and actually showed up when he said he would to do the job! I appreciate him being so reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable.I will DEFINITELY use them for my all my car-cleaning needs going forward.”

“Great place for Do It Yourself Car Washes. Quick and easy, but can get busy really quickly.
I am sorry, if I didn't give you a higher score. I have been doing this for a long time; almost 28 years including Secret Shopper, many check out my reviews, and I rarely give 5s. The main reason is because wouldn't b be any room for improvement.
However, due to the fact that you responded and appeared to be genuinely concerned, I am willing to change it to a 4. I don't know if more could be done; really at the car wash. I am just thankful that there's a car wash, like this, near me and I can get it done on my own.”
“The self-serve wash was just what I wanted, got the job done.
The pricing should be better spelled out. Says $4 deposit, and there is a separate 5 minute sticker. There is no indication how much additional minutes cost. Tried it anyway. Additional minutes are $1 per minute.
Ignore the posts about being overcharged using cards. I was not.
