So many times in our world today we question when someone helps or bends over backwards for us, and trust is just another word. I have to tell you Car Value LLC is a true gem! Sam and Sylvester went out of their way to help us buy our vehicle and after a few days an issue presented itself and Sylvester drove to our home to fix it. That is world class service at its finest and something you just don't experience much of today. Thank you both for the trust, the availability to answer questions and follow up. You truly become family and Sam wouldn't have it any other way!
I really could go on and on but you will know what I mean from the moment you meet them. I will always bring both our vehicles to you for service because you are fair, and very knowledgeable!! I can't wait for you to see what we have done! Thank you both for being yoU and see you soon.

These guys were great! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the vehicle. I came back multiple times, was very thorough and figured they would get sick of me but I never felt that way.

Sam and Sylvester were awesome! Sylvester took me for the test drive and was very helpful with questions about the car. Had the car fax for me and everything. Very nice and made me feel taken care of. Definitely would do business with them again.

Sami and Sylvester (and Gucci) were so wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Their customer service was excellent. They were very efficient and quick with paperwork. They even had insurance referrals. I highly recommend using them if you need a nice, well kept, and clean vehicle. Great options.

I had a wonderful experience doing business with Sam & Sylvester. My prepurchase questions were answered fully and promptly. They even allowed a prepurchase inspection which was vital as an online shopper. Furthermore, they picked me up at the airport. Lastly, prior to my departure and long drive home they set up the cars navigation and provided refreshments for the road. A pleasant low pressure experience.

CarValue dealership is a rare gem. The owner is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The staff includes a Certified Technician who is very knowledgeable. The owner and Certified Technician took extra time with me to help familiarize me with the computer and systems on board the vehicle. Very helpful, courteous and professional staff. Bought a 2013 Odyssey at CarValue today. The car was advertised on Facebook Marketplace and it matches the description when went to test drive it. Sami went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the car was as I expected. Sami knows what customer service really means end to end! And his son - certified mechanic also - is kind and professional. I will definitely trust them for all my cars maintenance work!It's refreshing to experience a car dealership / mechanic that is not trying to rip off their customer... That's how you build a long lasting clientele.Sami also gave me the number for an auto insurance that was able to quote me a very good pricing.
