I had a probate/beneficiary issue I had to take care of with Chase Bank. The bank officer who handled the situation was Kristy Rose. She was a total pleasure to deal with! Very professional and kind. I'm so grateful for her knowledge and compassion in dealing with my business. A+ recommendation!

I opened an account today and Kristy was incredibly helpful. I’ve never had an experience like this at the bank. She is a true professional and extremely approachable and was able to break options down for me in a way that I could understand. I feel that she genuinely wanted the best for me and my finances. Then I met the manager, Mike, who was very welcoming and warm hearted. Very excited to be banking with Chase and have these connections at this branch!
