Staff was rude, they wouldn’t service a black lady but they served all white customers in a timely manner. The lady asked one question the and staff was very rude and told her to go across the street to Wawas. Absolutely worse service I seen around 530 pm today, I just would never step place in that location after seeing that experience. And the staff thought it was funny, that customer was hurt and crying and they told her to leave cause they just wanted to be nasty and rude.

Nice new facility easy entrance easy exit lots of pumps to Cashiers pretty much all the time on staff, the staff is fast and friendly and work very hard to keep the store clean and the shelves well-stocked and always have fresh donuts pastries and a assortment of seasonal items whatever season it happens to be ???

pumps constantly shut off.....stores constantly closed for 30 minutes so employees can use the restroom?
Circle K terribly mismanaged & I'm canceling my circle k easy pay card.

I'll be honest I don't know where to even start. I start my day here. I get a drink and other items. I'm lucky if they have large cups or drink items from the Fountain machine. The past two days they didn't have any straws. How?. The customer service needs a lot of work. The two young ladies one with a scooter and the other young lady are always in an awkward mood. The only employees that do work and is respectful is the Hispanic lady. Circle K you need to do better with these employees and your products.

Was in this store 3 days ago on Sunday a.m. and this bathroom looked exactly the same! Come on Circle K. Make your employees accountable for what they don't do. Can you see a child using this toilet ? Unacceptable!

Terrible the lady at the register that's disabled and on bike was rude and mean to me. I couldn't understand her as well because she has mask on and isn't talking loud enough for me to hear her and I'm 27. She said I'm not listening to her and I said politely that's because I can't understand you. And she was rude about it. Also spent a good minute talking to employees while I'm just standing there rudely

02/07/2024 6pm. I walked in around dinnertime and there is no hot food, no hotdog’s, nothing. The 2 cashiers said there is none. They didn’t seem to care, apologize, or anything. A central location on a Weekday around dinner with no hot food was very disappointing.

I am without a home we are treated so different than allot of others we are not greeted like others even though every day I spend money not all of us out there do drugs and steal I am 71 yes old with a whistle of a perfectly clean record I am out here because I am a victim of a theft,shame on u circle k for treating us less than human, becareful your one step away from a discrimination law suite

They know and refuse to fix the cube ice machine. It's been months. My soda starts my morning and the small ice Waters it down quickly I'm not going to go through this every single day because you're too lazy to fix a machine. I'm not going back to the store anymore.

I won't be coming here when the Hispanic lady is working. Not only are the lines always slow but also she's IDed me every time ive gone in there even if I just showed it to her. Like I know the law and all but its quite excessive when nobody else asks me for it after once. After all the business I've not only conducted there myself but also sent other people there, I am kinda angry and will probably be going to WaWa from now on
