I parked my former food truck at this location after it was stolen at another site. I have all great things to say and highly recommend this CW location.1. It’s very well lit.2. Gates always work and are secure.3. Cameras throughout.4. Cheap.5. Friendly staff.

Deidre was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The trucks and storage units are clean and very well maintained. Boxes, tape wraps and other materials are available on - site. I highly recommend using this location because of the attention given to quality by Deidre.

I was completely confused on how to rent a one way Uhaul. Andrade was so patient, helpful and kind. In no time I understood the process. Not only did he give me great advice, he went out of his way to find the most cost effective option for me. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul. Overall awesome experience here at citywide storage. Andrade was very helpful in answer all my questions and making calls for me to help me out. I would like to thank everyone who works here for running this facility as well as they do. If I ever need to store anything ever again I know where I am coming.

Arrived on a Saturday morning. Greeted by Andrade. He knew exactly what he was doing, was easy to talk to, and I was out of there with the truck in 5 minutes. The facility was really nice inside and out. Sadly, I left a couple items in the truck. Showed up SUNDAY morning before opening to get them. I was pleasantly surprised to see Andrade there already. The young man showed up to work early on Sunday. He helped me with the forgotten items and I was out of there in 5 minutes again. Thank you Andrade for understanding customer service. Really appreciate it.
