I have bought about 5 vehicles from crown buick gmc.i have found them to be trustworthy honest and give good service.for my last two vehicles Spencer Guy was my sales person and he listens to what i would like in safety features and he makes his recommendations that helps with my decision. I at one point drove GMC terrain but have found the Buick envision is well worth the switch and Spencer recommend the Buick after listening to my expectations of what Iam looking for in a car.i consider Spencer Guy to be understanding of what a customer is looking for in a new automobile.from Harold Willis

Wish I could say that I had a positive experience like so many others but in fact I have no experience because nobody will return my emails or calls,
2017 Buick encore, check engine light, low power, vehicle not drivable, filled out an email service request, someone will call.
A week later called, talked with a polite professional who confirmed that there's a turbo replacement recall for this vehicle, created an account, someone will call you.
Another week later, called again, polite person said she would send another email to service department said someone would call that day, didn't happen.
Was told recall repair is scheduled by Buick and apparently not a high priority to them. Sorry but a vehicle that's not drivable for several weeks now is a priority to me.
Disappointed that Crown would just promise to call, then just ignore me.

Crown Buick - GMC has serviced my Buick Lacrosse since purchased and I have always had an excellent and timely experience. I've always dealt with John Grundon in scheduling, not only routine maintenance but also a needed mechanical repair of normal wearing parts. His dedication to ensuring positive customer service is unmatched and has many times allowed interaction with technicians to provide visual in-depth understanding of work performed. This was obviously a very positive experience. Can't say enough great things about Crown Buick and the quality of their personnel.

Recently purchased a new GMC Sierra Denali from Crown Buick GMC and had a great experience. I knew the vehicle I wanted by seeing it online and only had to spend 30 minutes at the dealership to agree on the purchase , including my trade in value. I showed up on Monday morning at 9AM to complete then purchase and was done with an hour. My salesperson took care of having all of the paperwork ready to go and my new truck detailed and ready to drive off the lot. Thank you for a pleasant purchase experience !

We had a great experience working with James Williams at Crown Buick GMC. My husband had seen an ad for a car online, and we went to the dealership to see it in person. Jamie was professional and efficient from the moment we met him. He was knowledgeable about the car, the company and he treated us with respect. We were not only satisfied with the price we paid, we were actually happy with it. I’ve already recommended this dealership to two friends and told them to ask for Jamie! Beautiful car, beautiful sticker price, beautiful experience. I’m in no way associated with this company other than I now feel part of the Crown family as a result of our purchase and our sales associate James Williams’ treatment of us.

If I am going to have an extended stay then I should be offered a loaner car if one is available. Also If I make an appointment I should not be told that you are busy when I arrive on time to the scheduled appointment. I drove 20 miles and if something change I would like a phone call first. However, the service that I received from this dealership has been nothing but excellent since 2011.
