Bought my dream car today!!! Brandon Payne was awesome—so patient and helpful, letting me explore all the features I wanted to make sure I found the perfect car. It has everything I was looking for! His manager was super nice and friendly, and the finance guy was also really cool and fast. The dealership has a wide range of options with so many great cars to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Easily the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Went in looking to test drive the G70 and Jennifer Irvin was super helpful, and absolutely lovely to work with throughout the process. Fell in love with the car and she answered all my questions then worked with me and Justin (the manager, who was also amazing!) to trade in my car and leave with a new G70! Frankly everyone I interacted with was fantastic. I have a finance background so I can be pretty forward and I really appreciated everyone's willingness to work with me. 10/10 experience all around, officially a Genesis fan boy.

Top tier Genesis service. Got me in fast and worked around my schedule multiple times. Pricing is very reasonable. Drake - my service advisor - has gone above and beyond finding improvements under warranty and coordinating transportation. If you need Genesis service in the Tampa area, these are the guys to go to.

Joel Sepulveda helped me with my purchase of my Genesis G70. Overall the experience was very positive and I feel they worked really hard at getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Overall it was a great experience. The only minor gripe I have is when I was in the finance office the person who did my paperwork kept pressuring me to accept a service plan that I had to say no multiple times to and I just felt like he was pushing it on me even though I told him specifically 6 different times I wasn’t interested. Besides that everything else was fantastic.

Casandra is an amazing service consultant and takes care of every single thing in and around my car to make sure it is all taken care of and covered. Will only be dealing with her from now on. Bought my GV70 SP from a different dealership but crown genesis will take care of it.
