5 stars is not enough for Erna! She deserves them all!! She first helped my Aunt and Uncle phenomenally, and I had a terrible experience with Direct Auto so they sent me Erna’s information. She was very quick to reply, is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and truly above and beyond. Answered my questions before I even had to ask, and made sure everything looked right and walked me through everything. I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her to set up our insurance. If you need to contact Allstate, you’ve definitely got to talk to Erna! And another special shoutout to Jaelene, I called customer service shortly after my experience with Erna to ensure she was recognized for her amazing performance and Jaelene was very kind and quick to help me and introduced herself very professionally and politely if I needed any further customer service. I am very impressed with them both!! They take Allstate’s motto “You’re in good hands” very seriously seriously! 1000000 Stars!

I cannot say enough about these people. I needed to get automobile insurance for my girlfriend’s son. Thought it would be very difficult and very expensive. Well I was surprised. They spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, on two different occasions, both before and while I was at the dealership. They were informative, professional and patient. They found me an insurer that offered an excellent rate. I was quite surprised. Not just by the premium for the coverage, but also with the total experience. I have dealt with many different insurance agencies. None, have ever been as good as this agency. I highly recommend them

This insurance office is the absolute worst. My entire four months with them have been different prices. I was never sent forms that needed signed even after speaking multiple times with my agent on the phone. I just called on Friday to get my payment lowered and received a different quote. Again costing me more money than I was originally told.
