Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service and rates!!! I highly recommend State Farm for all insurance needs. If I could give 6 stars I would. Alvaro made me feel like I was important. Like I was number one. He made the insurance process so easy and fast. I can't thank him enough!!!

Professional, courteous and attentive. Old school customer service with the new school way of getting it done. Whenever I ask them to rework the numbers for a lower rate, they would do what they can. Highly recommended.

Kat was super helpful and easy to speak to, and made picking a plan far less overwhelming. I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I can't say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me. Trevor is AMAZING!!!! I was being robbed at progressive, i am 36 and I’ve been driving for 16 years yet I was paying as if I was 19 with a monthly fee of $330!!! Trevor took the time to assess my account, and dropped my monthly fee to $130 a month. I am saving $200 which will eventually help me with other bills!!! Trevor saved me more than HALF of what I was originally paying for! Thank you so much!!! I switched over to State Farm, wish I did this sooner!!!!!!
