Total incompetence. I called in on April 1 to change where my automatic debit was coming from from one account to a new account and they still screwed it up charged by old account and the bank is charging me $28 because of their screw up.

Monopoly Company. Scamming businesses nationwide. Duke on Dec 2025 chose to increase Deposit amounts on ALL customers, both business and residential. My initial deposit was 240.00. They requested an additional 605.00 or they would turn my service off.
