Cynthia is the reason this place is 5 stars!! She needs a BIG raise!! Washers, dryers, tables and all are clean. People are warm and friendly.If you are a full-time traveler like me this is a good place to stop!! So today I was extremely satisfied with my service today! I honestly can say posting a review sometime you have to go home and think about before posting. I say that because things happen and we must give the business owners a chance to make it right. Since the new owner took over I must say he and his staff especially Mrs Cynthia goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. Both Mrs Cynthia and the owner reached out to me concerning my last experience and gave me a call on the same day. To me that’s going above and beyond. Today Mrs Cynthia greeted me as if it was my first time. I also got a chance to meet Amanda who was very pleasant. Again kudos to the staff especially Mrs Cynthia and the owner Javier. ?

Used their wash and fold laundry services to get caught up on laundry after a long trip. I did some loads myself and sent some to them. While it was very helpful to get caught up, and I would probably use them again for workout clothes, pajamas, etc. Unfortunately, a lot of my colors and whites came back dingy, which I can only guess is because they maybe didn’t separate the loads. I have a pair of socks that got split up, one in my load and one in theirs, and have posted a photo of the difference. I do not use bleach or fabric softener, just laundry detergent.

Rita was wonderful. She helped me decide which machine and helped me load detergent and bleach. Couldn’t have done as well without her. I think the biggest challenger had to face with the door that said pull.

i would like to thank Jerry, she was very helpful, we showed up 820pm on a friday night and here worried it was to late to start alot of laundry. She was so very kind and even helped up out to the car at 10pm !! this is the best laundrymat in St pete

Easy Kleen is the best laundromat in St. Pete. It’s always clean and all of the staff members are nice and very helpful. If we are unable to come in and do our own laundry, we use their wash, dry and fold services.

$60 bucks for 2 garbage bags of everyday clothes is most definately absurdly overpriced.. the icing on the cake..they are 30 minutes late dropping them off to me. Will not be doing this again. Lesson learned.EDIT:I wanted to give this company another chance because I needed my laundry done and the customer service is great as they contacted me and made my last bad experience right. I am glad I did. This time didn't cost me an arm and a leg and the delivery and quality of the wash are incredible. I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks EK!

The manager Cynthia Lawton was extremely helpful.She helped me choose the correct size machine for my comforter . Machines take coins or credit cards. Cynthia was doing a great job of washing and folding items left by customers using the reasonably priced laundry by the pound. Apparently when the laundry is ready customer gets a text message. Clean and well run. Will definitely be back.
