I wasn’t sure about going in expecting mid west motif, I was thrilled to se it’s a great mixture of high quality modern, contemporary, and coastal designes. My sales person Milan was very knowledgeable and actually taught me about the quality of the seating (currant sofa seat sunk in). Not only was the customer service great the prices are fair! I didn’t know there are batteries for electric pieces that last up to 4 months (before recharge) so you don’t have electrical cords everywhere!I was ready for my new chairs early so I called and Trish helped me get them three days earlier! Wonderful customer service! I went to Tampa and several stores and the best place was 4 miles away.

Pricey when comparing two exact sofas. Not a huge inventory of choices. I wouldn't mind shopping there, but should just flush $500 down the commode before I go there.

Fred Ostermunchner gave the most amazing customer service I have ever received. I purchased my mustard yellow leather power recliners in a sofa and loveseat without seeing or sitting on the furniture. So many things could have gone wrong. Because of Mr. Fred's attention to detail and His willingness to spend countless hours sending pictures and tiny sample I was reassured that I was marrying the right color combinations by adding the blue jean leather swivel chair with adjustable headrest and ottoman with His suggestion. The color palette was Devine, allowing me to keep my french styled couch I so dearly loved.This gave a more eclectic favor rather than typical modern. This brought a more bright but unique ambience. I love it. I live in Texas and could not find this combination of color anywhere I looked in my year of searching . Especially in this plush leather with pillows on each side in a recliner. I now have my dream, a theater room/ guestroom. That's patience with a wonderful ending. He also alerted me that on the upcoming memorial day that a wonderful sale was coming up and it would help with shipping charges. God put Mr. Fred in my life to execute my endeavors to entertain again. Thank you Jesus and Mr. Fred.??

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish. After having been to about 10 different stores, we decided to stop into El Dorado upon a referral from a friend. Not being familiar with the company, we were skeptical at first, but wow, honestly, it was the best place we had been to. We were on the hunt for high quality leather, moderness, and a good warranty. We hit the jackpot, and had the most knowledgeable Sales Rep ever, Herman Zion. Ask for him if you go. Herman, and the entire team at the St. Pete location have gone above and beyond to help us. We LOVE our sectional, and highly recommend giving them a visit!

Let me start of by saying the quality of the service and the furniture it self is topnotch. Herman in particular is very patient and highly knowledgeable on all their products and can easily help you pick out what ever you are looking for. They have many unique styles that are priced competitively.

The furniture , can’t be compared with other furniture stores. The luxury stiles and wow factors are above the rest. Julissa was excellent helping us out to get what we wanted. We’ve had our Elise reclining sectional sofa for almost 3 months now and we couldn’t be any happier. We walked in the shop back in May just to browse with zero expectations. We were blown away by the fabulous style choices and the impeccable craftsmanship of the sofas: from the luxurious feel of the material down to the flawless stitching. Great team of people working there too! Richard was our guy, tirelessly answered our questions from product specifications to delivery logistics. He made sure everything went seamlessly with the purchase and delivery schedule. Delivery personnel were prompt, extremely efficient, and assembled everything for us. We’ve already recommended El Dorado to friends and family!

Beautiful store, well stocked and good value for the money on most items. Julisa was our Sales Guide. Very nice and accommodating young woman. She expertly assisted us with many purchases and companion pieces. You won't go wrong if you ask for her! Delivery people were very professional and efficient as well.

My family and I recently moved to the bay area and although El Dorado wasn't the first store we visited we couldn't be any happier after going with them. Our salesman was Jacob he was very knowledgeable on living rooms and dining room sets. He was incredibly kind and patient with our family as we made multiple visits to the store before making our decision. Keep up the great work!
