Have to say that Karen at the 4th Street extra space storage was just unbelievable.
Working remotely with her she helped with lost key’s, cleanup and discharging our unit… the unit was filled with our mother’s life goods and items. After her passing the coordination and distribution of her life was difficult… Karen showed compassion and stepped right in to help!
Extra Space Management you have a Pearl of an employee who cared, helped, and was what Customer Service is all about; making it like family!!!

Outstanding Service at Extra Space Storage – Store #8775
I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, Store #8775, and that was entirely due to Karin’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
Karin took the time to clearly explain the entire rental process, available unit options, pricing, and the security features of the facility. She made sure everything was easy to understand and answered all of my questions without rushing. Her attention to detail and ability to explain the services thoroughly made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, which added to my confidence in choosing this location. Karin’s professionalism and genuine care for customers truly set Store #8775 apart from other storage facilities.

This place is horrible. Despite being a newer building the stand alone facility door is constantly broken I was stranded with a car full of things I need to drop off tonight. I called the emergency line three times and no one answered despite it being during gate hours. If I could give this location zero stars I would

I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility. Karen, the Manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was always very helpful and extremely pleasant and customer service oriented. The place is immaculate and easy to access. I never had any issues. Plenty of carts to move all your items in and out. Nice, spacious elevators. I would totally use this facility again, if need be.

I want to give a shout out to Karen. Her customer service and management skills are superb. There is no other person I rather oversea than facility that has my belongings than her. She's also fantastic, nice and sweet to all of her vendors as well.

When searching for a climate controlled storage unit I chose extra storage because of the close proximity to our home, The reasonable cost and the cleanliness of the facility but most importantly because of the outstanding Customer service I received from KARIN, the manager of the store on 4th St., North in Saint Petersburg. She provided all of the information I asked for gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the unit that I was considering, and I was all in. Karin is Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and such an asset!

Love Extra Space Storage! Karen from the 4th street location is amazing, she is so friendly and helpful really made my experience exceptional!! I’m states away at the moment and she has made me feel so at ease with renting! She has great customer service, I’ll be renting as long as she’s there!
