Edit: the elevators are constantly broken so if you have a place above the first floor makes it worthless. Been like that on and off for MONTHS.
Had a unit here for almost three years. Clean, safe space and staff was helpful when needed (which wasn’t often!).

Th elevator hasn’t worked for the past couple months and there is no warning if it is fixed or not

The storage itself its ok but the elevator are constantly out of service. This is the 3rd Sunday in a row I can't access my unit bc the elevators are broken. My unit is in the 3rd floor wish means that to move anything in or out is almost impossible. I called costumer service and they just said they trying to contact management but it never gets resolved. For the amount of money I paid I should have access to my unit all the time.
