Customer service can most certainly make a difference. My wife and I had looked at other facilities but Kerri at Extra Storage made it a very easy decision. She welcomed us at the door, quickly assessed our needs, showed us the options - all with a professional, fun and informational manner. Kerry and D are extremely professional and customer care focused. The property and storage is new and clean and well maintained. We booked our unit online but checked it out in person and Kerry walked me through all the details of the property and lease agreement with ease.

Great facility. I have rented units at other brands and other Extra Space facilities, this is by far the best. It is clean , great location and mostly importantly great staff . Ryan and his team are personable, helpful and professional.

Very convenient location if you have a student at USFSP. Initially did everything online, however I decided to go into the office when closing out my rental. The person on duty, Dee, was extremely friendly and gave me some ideas on how to save money next summer when I might need to rent again.
Clean facility with good security. Appreciate the fact that they have so many hand carts available to move stuff in and out of your unit. Climate controlled is also a plus.

I have had a unit at this location for about a year, always clean, secure and well managed. Went in this week to downsize units and Kerri in particular was very helpful. Made sure I got exactly what I needed and quickly.

1. Good central location off of the interstate highway.
2, Good air-conditioning system
3. Clean facilities. Important!
4. Smart locking system for the units.
5. Overhead rollup doors are an excellent solution.
6. Functional large carts for delivering or removing storage items.
7. Large heavy-duty elevator.
8. Security to get in and out of the building is good.
9. Helpful, engaging personnel at the desk.
10. Ingress and egress are excellent whether you are on storing on the first floor or the third floor.
