I can't say enough good things about Kerri and Alex at Extra Space Storage. I thought I was ready to move into my new home and had canceled my storage unit. Unfortunately, the house is not ready to move in, and I realized I still needed the unit. When I went into the office to address this change, I was treated with such kindness. For a moment, I forgot my troubles and was presented with options that made my situation much easier than I expected. This place is more than just a storage facility; it's run by caring individuals who truly listen to and support their clients. Kerri and Alex, you really made my day!

Excellent storage facility. Super clean and well managed… On that note, I want to mention Cindy… One of the nicest, most accommodating, helpful human beings we’ve ever met. Just cleaned out our unit yesterday in anticipation of moving into our new home and it was an especially logistically difficult move, What’s Cindi was super helpful from accommodating our move out needs to making sure that Our moving truck was safe on site and making sure that our movers didn’t have to re-enter a code each time they came to the doors while emptying the unit. She made things very easy and I can’t recommend this particular facility enough mostly because of her. Thank you Cindy!

Cindy in the office was great; She accommodated changing my reservation in less than a few minutes as she also made the experience smooth and extremely easy; best storage experience I've ever had. This is the space where you can have professionalism and trustworthiness.
