I am very impressed by the service of this Extra Space Storage location! Steve, the Manager, is phenomenal! Being on the road a lot, I was concerned about my unit with the storms impacting the Tampa Bay area. Steve is there and checks out the units to see if there’s any damage and lets me know the status. In addition, the facility is clean, has lots of carts and is very secure. I definitely recommend Steve and this location!

Avoid at all costs. My unit flooded and they haven’t let us in or contacted us in over a week. Worst customer service in the world

Steve the store manager goes against all lease agreements clauses and when escalated to Jennifer Kelly, district manager, she is able to take calls from the escalation manager and store manager instead of calling the customer back. How is this customer service? I am shocked by this and now have to wait till Tuesday to speak with Jennifer yet the stores are open tomorrow, Saturday. I work in sales/customer service and did not end my day until all escalations were called and settled. Shocking.

Went to the Extra Space Storage facility and was immediately greeted by their manager, Stephen B. Stephen was extremely professional, accommodating, and addressed all of my questions. He showed me multiple units of various dimensions and was helpful with his recommendations. The facility and units were very clean and secure with sufficient areas to load and unload. Several of my neighbors recommended this facility based their positive experiences. I signed a one-year commitment and highly recommend this facility as well. Thank you Stephen for your assistance with selecting the appropriate unit!
