I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with this particular Extra Space Storage. Steve (the manager )has had to contact me a couple of times in the past, and has always been more than helpful, courteous and amenable. He’s always been available to talk to.The storage building inside is exceptionally clean, there are always trolleys available and I can feel safe accessing my unit at time, day or evenings. This is one storage facility that I highly recommend.

Staff are awesome. Steve is incredibly helpful and helped us swap storage units on very short notice and saved us some money.

I've been buying storage units at auction for years, so I've been to hundreds of storage facilities. This is one of the best. Steve Bar was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. Facility clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

The manager at the St Pete location, Steve, is awesome! We rented a storage unit it last year and had a great experience. We are renting another unit now and Steve helped get us set up quickly. We are very happy with Extra Space Storage.

The only issue was for a very long time they did not fix several overhead lighting fixtures. My unit as a result was in the dark for several months. Since then the problem has been corrected and not recur. A lesser issue is that the WiFi really does not work any better than the weak telco signal you get inside the facility.

Very safe location, good flood zone, new building, decent prices, very professional and friendly staff, seems very clean.

I am very impressed by the service of this Extra Space Storage location! Steve, the Manager, is phenomenal! Being on the road a lot, I was concerned about my unit with the storms impacting the Tampa Bay area. Steve is there and checks out the units to see if there’s any damage and lets me know the status. In addition, the facility is clean, has lots of carts and is very secure. I definitely recommend Steve and this location!

Avoid at all costs. My unit flooded and they haven’t let us in or contacted us in over a week. Worst customer service in the world
