Total runaround on a lost package & all we get is an Asian call center that hangs up on you.

I ordered some goods and they sent using this. I did not receive up to now I do not know where to make a follow up. Very bad service.

It’s so bad my package arrived late - like extremely late over 1 month and it came soaking wet my package was fragile and the things inside broke - got a refund from the company which is good
