This place is amazing. I was in a hurry and Ken made sure he accommodated my needs expeditiously. He's the man. I recommend this place 100% over any other print shop in the city hands down.

I had an incorrect address on a package and they called to notify me. All it took was calling them back and giving them the correct address and it was resolved...literally the easiest customer service situation I've ever experienced.

I've always had great service when I come here, which I'm beyond thankful for because you're pretty much at these people's mercy when it comes to hoping you get your package or hoping your package makes it to where you're sending it. Typically I come I come to this location for a few reasons, to pick up a package I've had held for me or to drop off a return and at this location, I've never had an issue yet (please don't jinx me). I've never had to wait long. The staff is super friendly. I'm in and out and onto my next errand which is exactly what I want. Nothing is more irritating than standing in line at these places, at at this location I never do that. Great service here. Definitely recommend this location. Your items are in god hands here.

Awesome experience. Ken was great. My office is 100% WFH now and I'm used to just dropping things off in our mail room to ship. It was quick and great experience to run in and out and quickly get the item shipped without any issues.

Service has gone downhill, new people are not nice, parking is terrible & they have dedicated spots, but usually unavailable & more likely than not, you can't use them "because there reserved for THERE fed ex trucks"

Really annoyed by FedEx's pricing these days. Two day shipping, Tampa to Las Vegas, five packages all about 18x18x6, nearly twelve hundred dollars. If I had the available time, I could have taped them together and had them count as a suitcase and flown Southwest to Vegas and back the same day for half that price, yet this massive shipping conglomerate can't accomplish the moving of the same packages across two days for under a thousand? I have to assume that FedEx is simply using retail occasional shippers to subsidize discounts to their high volume customers, because the margins have to be massive on what I paid. Only saving grace is my Amex corporate card had an available 25% off FedEx retail shipping deal, so I applied that and at least got 1/4 of the payment back. Of course, the fact that such a deal was available just reinforces the fact that I'm being ripped off.

VERY helpful staff ! They usually can answer all my questions and show me how to do things on the computer...... HOWEVER recently 'corporate' increased by 50% the cost to shred paper. Reallly? This strikes me as pure corp greed and thus I only rated 4 stars vs 5.
